Objectives:To investigate the clinical factors which influence the rehabilitational effectiveness of the Gross Motor Function in children with cerebral palsy and to provide the evidence for evaluating the prognosis of children with cerebral palsy .Methods:78 children with cerebral palsy had accepted the rehabilitational therapy for the first time for 3~4 months. The age , the Gross Motor Function Classification System level(GMFMCS), type of cerebral palsy(CP), development quotient(DQ) , the gross motor function and spastic level were recorded or evaluated before treatment, the children's gross motor function were evaluated with the Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM) scale after rehabilitational therapy, then the correlation were analyzed using statistical methods between the improving score of GMFM and the age, the GMFMCS level, type of CP, DQ level and spastic level. |
