| Objective: By observing the effects of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection on the symptoms,signs and serum inflammatory factors of patients with wind-cold-dampness bi syndrome of lumbar disc herniation(LDH),the clinical efficacy and safety of this method were evaluated,providing a more effective,simple and feasible treatment for the clinical treatment of LDH,and providing a theoretical basis for further discussion of the mechanism of action.Methods: Sixty patients with LDH wind-cold-dampness arthralgia in accordance with the inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatient department of orthopaedics,Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were randomly divided into two groups,namely the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral celecoxib treatment,once a day,1 tablet/time,and directed permeable TCM treatment,30min/ time,once a day;Treatment group was additionally given Zhengqing Fengtongning directional permeable drug,once a day,30 min a time on the basis of control group;10d was a course of treatment for a total of 20 days.The clinical symptom function of patients before and after treatment was evaluated by TCM syndrome quantitative score,VAS score and ODI score.As for the changes in serum concentrations of inflammatory factors IL-6,TNF-α and TGF-β1 before and after treatment,enzyme-related immunoassay(ELISA)was used to detect the changes,and relevant data were recorded and sorted into the database.SPSS 25.0software was used for statistical analysis,and the clinical efficacy was finally evaluated.Results: 1.30 cases were completed in both groups.There were no significant differences in age,sex and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05),the two groups of patients were comparable.2.In terms of efficacy score,the total effective rate of the treatment group was86.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(63.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,VAS score and ODI score of 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment,and there were significant differences(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in VAS,ODI and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment and during follow-up(P > 0.05).3.In terms of serological indexes,ELISA showed no significant differences in serum concentrations of TNF-α,IL-6 and TGF-β1 between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05);After treatment,serum concentrations of TNF-α,IL-6 and TGF-β1 in 2 groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P < 0.05);4.Safety evaluation: No allergic,gastrointestinal and other adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion: Zhengqing Fengtongning injection can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score,VAS score and ODI score of LDH patients with wind-cold-dampness BI syndrome,and continue to take effect,reduce the contents of TNF-α,IL-6 and TGF-β1 in serum,improve the symptoms of low back pain,and improve the quality of life of LDH patients,with high safety. |
