ObjectivesTo Observe the evaluation and safety of Zhengqing Fengtongning combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, discussion on advantages of rheumatoid arthritis treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine。MethodsMeet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and Chinese medicine diagnosis standard of60cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients control group, therapy group randomly divided into two groups, each group of30patients each。Control group oral methotrexate10mg, once a week;10mg folic acid tablet, once a week (2days after taking methotrexate); Hydroxychloroquine0.2G,2times a day。Treatment control groups on the basis of the combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning, oral,2tablets,3times a day。The two groups above Continuous use three months。After the end of treatment, DAS28score and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and efficacy evaluation, the severity rating of the group before and after treatment improve the evaluation of degree of simultaneous contrast effect there is no difference between the two methodsResults1. Impact on specific clinical symptoms:two groups were able to significantly improve symptoms such as joint pain, swelling, morning stiffness, compared the two groups had significant differences after treatment (P<0.05), treatment improvement is better than control groups (P<0.05)。2. Impact on laboratory observation of indicators:two groups were able to effectively reduce the laboratory indicators (ESR、CRP、 RF), and after treatment than before treatment had significant differences (P<0.05), and after treatment of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and c-reactive protein to improve the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05)。3. Effect on the DAS28score:two groups of patients after treatment before treatment of RA activity score DAS28is a decline (P<0.05), DAS28and treatment groups improved than the control group (P<0.05).4. Effect on TCM syndrome of total points:two syndromes integral before group therapy no significant difference (P>0.05), is not statistically significant。Syndrome after treatment in two groups of integral decline markedly, there are significant differences in comparison with before treatment (P<0.05); Comparison syndrome integral treatment of the latter two groups have significant differences (P<0.05).5. Effect on disease classification:after two groups of treatment condition grading, treatment of30cases of groups, with mild19cases, and63.33%;8,26.67%;3,10%。30cases of control groups, mild in14cases, and46.67%;11,36.67%;5,16.67%。There are significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05)。6. the total effect of traditional Chinese medicine:treatment of clinical control group after treatment of3cases, having an effect in15cases, effective6, invalid in6cases, total effective rate80%;Control group treated control1cases, having an effect of10cases, effective7, invalid12cases, total effective rate60%。 A statistically significant difference between the two (P<0.05), total efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group than the control group。7. Side effects:two sets are close analysis of detection of blood, liver and kidney function, and no anomalies were found, only appeared in the early treatment group3medication skin itching, flushing, tolerance, not dissipated shortly after special treatment on its own。ConclusionsZhengqing Fengtongning combined methotrexate significantly improved the efficacy of treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, the effect is much better than the simple Western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, showing the advantages of rheumatoid arthritis treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicines.
