Objective:Taking musculoskeletal ultrasound examination as the core index,and to observe the clinical efficacy of zhengqingfengtongning injection(ZQFTNI)in the treatment of synovitis of knee jointMethods:The 72 included patients with synovitis of knee joint were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with ZQFTNI for 10 times in 3 weeks,and the control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection(TAAI)for 3 times in 3 weeks.Musculoskeletal ultrasound technique was used to observe the changes of synovial thickness and articular cavity effusion depth of the knee joint before,after and one month after treatment,The VAS score was used to evaluate the changes of knee joint pain in patients,and the clinical efficacy was compared and analyzed according to the degree of improvement of local symptoms and signsResults:1.The difference in synovial thickness,effusion depth and the VAS score after treatment and one month after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the two groups were effective after treatment and one month after treatment2.The difference of synovial thickness and VAS score between the two groups after one month of treatment and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of reducing synovial thickness and VAS score in the treatment group after one month of treatment was better than that after treatment.There was no statistically significant difference in the control group(P>0.05),indicating that the effect of reducing synovial thickness and VAS score was similar in the control group after treatment and one month after treatment.The difference between the two groups after one month of treatment and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the effect of reducing the effusion depth after one month of treatment in both groups was better than that after treatment3.There was no statistically significant difference in synovial thickness and effusion depth between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had similar efficacy in reducing synovial thickness and effusion depth.One month after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy in reducing synovial thickness and effusion depth than the control group.VAS scores showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment and one month after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the analgesic efficacy of the two groups was similar after treatment and one month after treatment.4.There was no statistically significant difference in grade of safety between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment methods in the two groups were relatively safe5.There was no statistically significant difference in grade of safety between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment methods in the two groups were relatively safeConclusion:1.The use of ZQFTNI and TAAI in the treatment of synovitis of knee joint,has a good clinical effect,can reduce the synovial hyperplasia of the knee joint,reduce the amount of fluid in the knee joint cavity and alleviate the knee joint pain,and is safe and reliable2.Found that at the time of the one month after treatment follow-up ZQFTNI on the improvement of synovial hyperplasia,excessive fluid accumulation also is better than that of TAAI,and to both treatment knee pain relief,suggesting that ZQFTNI had better effect in the later stage and was suitable for clinical application. |
