The Clinical Observation Of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction And Zhengqing Fengtongning Iontophoresis On Cold-dampness Lumbago

Objective:To observe the effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and Zhengqing Fengtongning iontophoresis on cold-dampness lumbago.Methods: 60 cold-dampness lumbago cases were randomly divided into Zhengqing Fengtongning group(ZFG) and Control group(CG). Both groups were treated for 15 days.The data from Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ), the scale of clinical observation and symptomatic score chart of Chinese medicine of ZFG and CG group were processed with SPSS22.0 to see the difference before and after the treatment as well as that between two groups.Results:After 15 days of treatment, the data of Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ) from ZFG group and CG group were analyzed. A significant statistical difference existed between groups(P <0.05). The scale of clinical observation was made up by 5 parts: functional activities, the straight leg-raising, walking function,lower limb muscle, vertebra tenderness. The index before and after treatment were significantly decreased indicated that two groups of medications can effectively improve the corresponding symptoms(P<0.05).However, there is no significant statistical difference existed between groups(P>0.05).The data of symptomatic score chart of Chinese medicine shows there is significant statistical difference between groups(P <0.05).The total efficacy of symptomatic chart of Chinese medicine was 93.3% of ZFG group and 90% of CG group, which showed no significant difference(P >0.05).There is no significant side effects and allergic phenomenon during the treatment.Conclusion:Zhengqing Fengtongning iontophoresis has good curative effect and no obvious side effects.Zhengqing Fengtongning iontophoresis has good clinical effect and application value and worthy of further popularization and application.
