| ObjectiveIn recent years, the innovation of information technology is changing with each passing day,and the population using video terminal equipment is gradually rising.According to the 51st Statistical Report on the Development of the Internet in China,by December 2022,the scale of Chinese netizens has reached 10.67 billion and the penetration rate of the Internet has reached 75.6%.Health problems caused by the use of video terminal equipment have gradually attracted people’s attention, and it has become an urgent demand of patients to explore a convenient, economical, effective and safe treatment. Therefore the purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effcacy of combination of thumb-thorium and sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of visual display terminal syndrome.MethodsA total of 60 patients with video terminal visual fatigue in the ophthalmology clinic of Dongzhimen Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the object of study.Sixty patients were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30).The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops, and the experimental group was treated with needle combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops for 2 weeks. The scores of visual fatigue scale, conjunctival congestion, corneal fluorescein staining, rupture time of fluorescein tear film, tear secretion and lacrimal river height were observed and recorded before and 2 weeks after treatment. To analyze and summarize the clinical efficacy and safety of needle needle combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of visual display terminal syndrome.Results1.Baseline analysis:there was no significant difference in sex,age and daily close eye time between the control group and the test group(P>0.05).There was comparability between the control group and the test group.2.Acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops can improve visual acuity significantly, while sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone have no obvious effect.Clinical efficacy analysis:the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%,while that of the test group was 93.3%.The difference was statistically significant by Fisher exact probability test(P=0.021).3.The self-score of visual fatigue scale:there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.001).4.Symptom score of visual fatigue scale:there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.001).5.Visual acuity:there was significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups 2 weeks after treatment(P=0.013).6.Conjunctival congestion:there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.001).7.FL:there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.001).8.FBUT:there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.001).9.SITI:there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.001).10.Lacrimal river height:there was statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P=0.007),after 2 weeks of treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001)Conclusions1.Acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops is effective in improving the symptoms of visual fatigue, subjective feeling, relieving conjunctival congestion, prolonging FBUT,improving corneal coloration, increasing the secretion of tears and increasing the height of tear river in patients with video terminal visual fatigue.2.Acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in improving the height of lacrimal river, due to the significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P=0.007),it needs to be verified by a large sample of clinical studies.3.The needle is safe,no adverse reactions and adverse events occurred during the study period, and can improve the clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
