Observe The Clinical Effect Of Puerarin Injection Get Through Electrophoresis In Treatment Of Visual Display Terminal Asthenopia

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Puerarin Injection get through Electrophoresis in treatment of visual display terminal (VDT) asthenopia, and explore the mechanism of it initially.Methods:There are90patients with VDT asthenopia disease who were enrolled and treated in the affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), according to the same inclusion and exclusion criteria. They were divided into2groups as1:1proportion randomly. The test group was treated with Puerarin Injection get through Electrophoresis, the control group was treated with Sodium Chloride Injection get through Electrophoresis. Patients were treated10days in each group. Symptoms of western medicine and TCM and the time of close visual work were observed and measured before and after treatment.Results:1. Before treatment, the differences had no statistical significance in the sexes, age, profession, course,the symptoms of western medicine and TCM, and the observational item of VDT asthenopia between two groups (P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.2. After the treatment, the time of close visual work was41.48+9.500minute in the test group and32.38±8.375minutes in the control group. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01), the effect of test group was better than control group.3. The excellent rate of the test group is27.5%,7.5%for the control group after treatment:the total effective rate of the test group is85%,47.5%for the control group after treatment. The differences had statistical significance in the effective rate and excellent rate between two groups (P<0.01), the effect of test group was better than control group.4. The excellent rate of the TCM Symptoms scores of the test group is37.5%,10%for the control group after treatment; the total effective rate of the TCM Symptoms scores of the test group is87.5%,85%for the control group after treatment. The differences had statistical significance in the effective rate and excellent rate between two groups (P<0.01), the effect of test group was better than control group.4. After-treatment, The test group can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of VDT asthenopia (P<0.01), the control group can improve some of the symptoms and signs of VDT asthenopia (P<0.05).The differences had statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.01)Conclusion:Puerarin Injection get through Electrophoresis can significantly improve the symptoms, increase the time of close visual work in treating of VDT asthenopia.
