Exploring The Medication Rules Of Chief Physician Yan Jun In Treating Allergic Rhinitis And Asthma Syndrome Based On Data Minin

Objective:Combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome(CARAS)is a common and frequently occuring disease in respritory department,but its diagnosis and treatment ststus is not optimistic,and the proportion of combined diagnosis and treatment is low.Western medicine focuses on the symptomatic treatment,but there are many adverse reactions,poor patients compliance with hormone therapy,recurrent disease and other problems.Traditional Chinese medicine has a rich theoretical understanding of the disease,can relieve cilnical symptoms,alleviate acute attacks,and play a unique advantage in its treatment.There are many patients with CARAS treated by Chief physician Yan Jun in outpatient department,and the clinical effect is quite great.However,there is still a lack of systematic summary of treatment experience ang medication rules.In this study,data mining was used to analyze chief physician Yan Jun’s prescriptions for treatment of CARAS with traditional Chinese medicine,and to summarize the rule of chief physician Yan Jun’s treatment of CARAS,to offer the research basis for the treatment of CARAS by traditional Chinese medicine,and to prompt the inheritance and promotion of Professor Yan Jun’s academic thoughts.Methods:This study used the approach of retrospective study,to summarize chief physician Yan Jun’s clinical experience in the treatment of CARAS by data mining and specialist talk.Cases of patients who met the criteria for diagnosis of CARAS were collected from January 2016 to October 2022 at the specialist clinic of the chief physician of respiratory Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Dongzhimen Hospital.To screen out-patient cases strictly according to the criteria for admission discharge,the medical records with complete information of four diagnoses,complete basic information,definite clinical effect and no obvious adverse reaction such as allergy,and select the number of visits>2 as the research objects.Create the database,use statistical report,data analysis and other modules of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assist system for data mining,and combined with expert interviews,enrich the research content.Results:A total of 71 patients and 152 cases with CARAS were included in this study.(1)Basic information statistics:allergic rhinitis asthma syndrome was common in young and middle-aged people,with the 30-39 age group being the most common,followed by the 40-49 age group and the 50-59 age group;The majority of patients were female,the ratio of male to female was 1:1.6;(2)Common symptoms include cough,chest distress,white phlegm,wheezing,phlegm,poor sleep,runny nose,dry mouth,throat itching,less sputum and nasal congestion;(3)The most common syndrome in TCM is wind-phlegm invading the lung syndrome,the next is phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome and phlegm-turbid obstructing the lung syndrome,deficiency of the lung and spleen qi syndrome;The commonly used medicines include roasted ephedra,almonds,magnolia,pinellia ternata,xanthium sibiricum,roasted licorice,mulberry bark,ginkgo,scutellaria baicalensis georgi,tussilago flower,roasted stemona,angelica dahurica,poria cocos;According to the efficacy classification of drugs,found that the most commonly used drugs to reduce phlegm and asthma drugs and anti-exterior drugs;(4)Through the analysis of the four kinds of medicines,we can find that the most commonly used medicines are warm,followed by cold and peaceful medicines,while hot medicines are relatively rare,and the most commonly used medicines are bitter and pungent,followed by sweet The most meridian of tropism is the lung meridian,followed by the stomach meridian,the spleen meridian and the liver meridian,the large intestine meridian,the heart meridian and the kidney meridian.(5)Through association rules,it was found that Dingchuan decoction and Cangerzi poeder were commonly used by Yan Jun in treating CARAS,and roasted ephedra was core medicine.Through cluster analysis,it was found that the commonly used drug pairs mainly concluded almond—tussilago flower,scutellaria baicalensis georgi—tussilago flower,mulberry bark—magnolia,scutellaria baicalensis georgi—magnolia,mulberry bark-hogfennel root,almond—hogfennel root,scutellaria baicalensis georgi—pinellia ternata.Then use it as a basis for obtaining core medicine combinations and new prescriptions.At the same time,the relationship between syndrome-symptom-medicine was explored,and the main points of syndrome differentiation and the law of medication were clarified.Conclusion:Chief Physician Yan Jun’s clinical experience in treating CARAS mainly includes the following points:(1)Yan considered that the allergic rhinitis of asthma syndrome was located in the lung and nose,and was related to the liver,spleen,stomach and kidney,phlegm and blood stasis are the important pathological products.The treatment should be based on the combination of lung and nose,the core pathogenesis is lung failure and the adverse effect of the lung-qi,the principle of treating both pathogenic factors and pathogenic factors,and the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation;(2)The methods of expelling wind and strengthening body resistance,dispersing lung and opening orifices,resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation,regulating liver and regulating lung,and resolving cardinal diseases were adopted,and advocated the integration of Chinese and western,step by step,prevention first and pay attention to nursing;(3)the characteristics of the lung and the spleen and stomach,recover the physiological function should be deeply concerned,and attach importance to the key of the lung failure and the adverse effect of the lung-qi,advocate convergence and dispersal,and coordinate the attack of the lung and the stomach,and attach importance to the close relationship between the physiology and pathology of the lung and stomach,the important position of spleen and stomach,the origin of Qi and blood,the key of Qi and Qi movement,the important role of tonifying and healthy exercise,the important role of wind and phlegm in the pathogenesis of CARAS,the important role of wind and phlegm in the pathogenesis of CARAS,the role of wind and phlegm in the pathogenesis of CARAS,the role of wind and phlegm in
