Based On Data Mining Technology, To Explore The Drug Rule Of Professor Yu Rui's Clinical Treatment Of Stable Coronary Heart Disease

Purpose:This study used data mining technology to conclude and summarize professor yu rui's outpatient medical records,and concluded professor yu rui's medication rules for the treatment of stable coronary heart disease,providing a certain reference for the diagnosis and treatment of stable coronary heart disease in traditional Chinese and western medicine,and providing a new idea for the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:This study selected between September 2018 and September 2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Liaoning Jiahe Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Professor Yu Rui clinic diagnosis and treatment of patients,collection and relevant data.this study includes the basic information of the patients(name,gender,age,contact information,outpatient number,date of visits),chief complaint,past medical history,physical and chemical inspection,four diagnostic information,diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine diagnosis and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,such as the formulas.After collecting the above data,the data were cleaned up and standardized,and the data were analyzed by frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis,so as to discuss professor Yu rui's experience in the treatment of unstable angina.Results: 1.Of the 158 patients with stable coronary heart disease,60 were males(37.97%)and 98 were females(62.03%).2.Of the 158 patients with stable coronary heart disease,20(12.66%)were under 45 years old,61(38.61%)were between 45 and 59 years old,and 77(48.73%)were over 60 years old.3.In this study,chest distress and chest pain were excluded,and the remaining symptoms were a total of 29,including 12 that occurred more than 30 times,including shortness of breath,fatigue,palpitations,restlessness,dizziness,impatience,irritability,loose stool,heavy head such as enveloping,dry mouth,cold limbs,spontaneous sweating,and bitter mouth.4.The results of TCM syndrome differentiation in patients with stable coronary heart disease were as follows: phlegm,turbidness and blood stasis syndrome in 54 patients,accounting for 34.18%;There were 42 cases of liver depression and qi stagnation,accounting for 26.58%.There were 28 cases of Yang qi deficiency and decline,accounting for 17.72%.There were 22 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis,accounting for 13.92%.There were 12 cases of qi and Yin deficiency,accounting for 7.59%.5 A total of 213 drugs were used,and the total frequency of drug use was 4165 times,among which 36 drugs were used more than 34 times.Frequency analysis was conducted for drug classification.Among them,pinellia chinensis,licorice root,pachyrhizoma cassia,radix bupleuri,rhizoma atractylodes,radix codonopsis codonopsis,tangerine peel,fructus aurantii,and radix paeoniae alba are the 10 drugs with the highest frequency of use.The high frequency medicine classification of traditional Chinese medicine appeared in the following order: tonic,blood-activating and blood-stasis removing medicine,qi regulating medicine,antiseptic,expectorant,antipyretic,antipyretic.6.Through cluster analysis and association rule analysis,six groups of drug pairs including red paeonium-peach kernel,frankincense-myrrh,trichosanthes kirilowii,ginger-jujube,bupleurum-sicalaria baicali and pinellia aurantii were obtained,and two kinds of prescriptions were obtained: frankincense,myrrh,angelica sinensis and salvia miltiorrhiza.Group 2: bupleurum chinense,codonopsis codonopsis,scutellaria baicalensis,licorice root,atractylodes atractylodes,tangerine peel,poria cocos,radix paeoniae alba,pinellia.Conclusion: 1.In the treatment of stable coronary heart disease,the commonly used drugs are mostly classified as tonic,blood-activating and blood-stasis removing drugs,and qi regulating drugs,among which the commonly used drugs are six groups of drug pairs: frankincense-myrrh,pinella-tangerine peel,bupleura-sicalaria baicalensis,fructus snake-stemon,red peony root,peach kernel,ginger and jujube.2.The commonly used prescription for the treatment of stable coronary heart disease is erchen soup,activating collaterals-effective panacea.
