The Prescription Rules And Diagnosis And Treatment Regularity Of Ye Tianshi Treating Cough Medical Records Based On Data Mining And Classifying Research

Purpose:Based on utilizing data mining about 142 medical records, which Ye Tianshi recorded cases of cough, we probe into the rule of drug use and the rule of syndrome and treatment.Also, with a view to clinical inspiration,we summarize the academic thoughts and characteristics of cough treatment to seek a chief combination of prescription and medicine for treating cough.Methods:With the methods of data processing software,such as Excel2007, SPSS Clementine12.0 and SPSS17.0, we collect clinical cases of cough treated by Ye Tianshi.Including the frequency analysis,association analysis and cluster analysis of medical records, we investigate the law of medication and the rule of syndrome and treatment, which Ye Tianshi relieving cough.Results:Frequency statistics show:there are 12 syndrome elements of disease location,22 nature syndrome elements and 138 kinds of traditional Chinese Medicine. The first six disease locations are lung,stomach, spleen,kidney, table, and liver; The first 12 syndrome elements are fire (heat), yin deficiency, Qi deficiency, (external) wind, dryness and so on; Respectively the first 47 kinds of traditional Chinese Medicine are licorice,almond,adenophora tetraphylla,fructus Ziziphi Jujubae,mulberry leaves, radices ophiopogonis,poria cocos, coix seed, cassia twig paeony and so on. The four properties of commonly medicine are warm and cool,flat and cold secondly,and hot is the least. Sweet taste has the highest frequency in the five tastes of commonly medicine,bitter and pungent secondly,light, acid and salty are the light. The channel tropism of common medicament is lung,stomach,spleen and heart,kidney and liver secondly,large intestine, bladder, small intestine, energizer,gallbladder and pericardium are the least. The familiar medicamen mainly are tonic medicine,followed by reducing sputum and relieving cough medicine,relieving exterior syndrome medicine,eliminating dampness medicine and antipyretic medicine. Astringent, Jianpiliqi herbs, sedative drugs are living in the end.By the analysis of association rules, We found that there is a certain correlation between syndrome elements of disease location, syndrome elements and drugs.Through cluster analysis, 7 drug combinations are obtained.Conclusions:Ye Tianshi’s treatment of cough is as follows:The chief location of disease about cough is in the lung,and the correlation of the spleen and the stomach is strong.The cardinally nature disease is fire (heat), yin deficiency, Qi deficiency,(external) wind and dryness. The major types of syndrome is lung heat and yin deficiency syndrome, stomach yin deficiency, spleen qi deficiency, kidney yin deficiency syndrome, syndrome of wind heat invading lung, dryness invading the lung syndrome. The familiar medicamen mainly are tonic medicine, followed by reducing sputum and relieving cough medicine, relieving exterior syndrome medicine,eliminating dampness medicine and antipyretic medicine.Astringent, Jianpiliqi herbs,sedative drugs are living in the end. "Liquorice and jujube", "licorice root and cassia twig", "paeony and glycyrrhiza", "almond,mulberry leaf and radix adenophorae" and so forth are the frequent compatibilities. "simple recipe and mild", "Making good use of tonic drugs", "Making smart use of eliminating dampness"are the characteristics. In the 7 cluster drug combinations, the comparison of D1, D2, D3, D5, D6 and D7, which has a certain clinical value and research significance, is in line with the treatment of cough medicine.
