Study On The Medication Rule Of "Fu Ke Cai Zhen" Treating Menstruation Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:Menstrual disease is a common disease in gynecology.Traditional doctors attach great importance to menstrual disease."Fukecaizhen" was written by Feng Huang,who was born in the Qing Dynasty.He has a deep understanding of menstrual disease.The author believes that it is necessary to organize the prescriptions for menstrual diseases in "Fukecaizhen".The purpose of this paper is to explore the law of medication used in the treatment of menstrual diseases in Fukecaizhen,and to discover new knowledge so as to effectively inherit the experience of Chinese medicine scientist.Methods:The author sorted out the provisions for the treatment of menstrual disease in the "Fukecaizhen",and collected a total of 47 prescriptions,and then compiled data and established a database of traditional Chinese medicine.The data was subjected to Chinese medicine frequency,association rules and cluster analysis using Matlab software.In this way,we can find the medicine pairs and medicine groups commonly used in the treatment of menstrual diseases in "Fukecaizhen".It is expected to provide new ideas for future clinical use.Results :In "Fukecaizhen",common Chinese medicines for treating menstrual diseases include Danggui,Chuanxiong,Baishao,Shengdihuang,Shudihuang,and Baizhu;Most Chinese medicine is gentle.They are mainly composed of pungent,sweet and bitter.The main point of channel tropism is liver,spleen and kidney.Most of them have the effect of promoting blood circulation and replenishing the body.Symptoms are mostly abdominal pain,menorrhagin and retarded menstruation.In the correlation analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,we found that there is still a mutual compatibility between high-frequency Chinese medicines.In addition,through cluster analysis,we also got five groups of Chinese medicine combinations.Conclusion:(1)"Fukecaizhen" treats menstrual disease with Radix Rehmanniae-AngelicaChuanxiong-Baishao as the most important and basic formula.(2)"Fukecaizhen" believes that the combination of Chuanxiong,Baishao and Angelica is specific for the treatment of retarded menstruation.(3)The principle of treatment of menstrual disease in "Fukecaizhen" is to promote blood circulation and treatment deficiency syndrome.
