Research On The Medication Rules Of Professor Lu Bingjiu In The Treatment Of Primary Biliary Cholangitis Based On Data Minin

Purpose:A retrospective study was conducted on the case of primary biliary cholangitis of liver and kidney deficiency and decompensated Yin deficiency.Based on data mining to analyze the effective first diagnosis prescription,explore the medication rules of Professor Lu Bingjiu in the diagnosis and treatment of primary biliary cholangitis,and provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Material and methods: Collect the medical records of the patients treated by Professor Lu Bingjiu in the Liver Disease Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 31,2010 to December 31,2020.For the collected first calendar data cleaning and specification,through WPS Office database,treat the disease drug use frequency,efficacy,classification,taste and frequency analysis,then use IBM SPSS Statistics and IBM SPSS Modeler software to the core drug association rules and cluster analysis,professor lu bingjiu common medication and drug group,finally professor lu bingjiu treat clinical symptoms,decompensated liver and kidney Yin deficiency pattern of primary biliary cholangitis.Results: A total of 140 patients were included in clinical symptoms,76 in clinical decompensation,and 216 TCM prescriptions were included.1.Of the patients with symptomatic PBC,24 male and 116 female patients were included.Among the decompensated PBC patients,14 male patients and 62 female patients were included.The age span of symptomatic patients was 18 – 83 and 18 – decompensated 85.2.This study included 140 prescriptions of symptom period,involving 171 Chinese medicine,drug use frequency in the top 10: cooked rehmannia,atractylodes,angelica,tangerine peel,Poria cocos,yam,car,chicken,white peony and chuanxiong;76 decompensated prescription,a total of 123,medicine use frequency in the top 10,white,tangerine peel,cooked rehmannia,poria,chicken gold,sea,angelica,car,skin,and ginseng.3.The top three medicines used in PBC patients are mild,flat and mild cold;the top three are sweet,bitter and spicy;the medicines used are mainly spleen,liver and kidney,blood circulation,dampness,qi and convergence for PBC in clinical symptoms.The top three Chinese medicines used in decompensated PBC patients are warm,plain and cold;the top three are sweet,bitter and spicy;the Chinese medicines used are mainly spleen,liver and kidney,dampness,qi,food and hemostatic for PBC.4.According to the analysis of association rules,PBC patients with symptomatic period are often used for paeonionia + angelica,atractylodes,ripe rehmannia + ophiopogon,tangerine peel + magnolia officinalis.decompensated patients often use plantain + diarrhea,charcoal +blood carbon,schisandra + raspberry,etc.5.Clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs in patients with symptomatic period into six groups.Group 1: Red flower,peach kernel,ox knee,chuanxiong,red peony,incense,firewood,fungus antiantii,half summer,red licorice;Group 2: White peony,angelica,wind,Astragalus;Group 3;yellow cypress,palm,attachment,front,Eucommia ulmoides,lotus seed;Group 4:octopus,gold,wood,thick,tangerine peel,peel,poria cocos,white,diarrhea,cinnamon,large skin;group 5: dogwood,yam,Fu god,oyster,rehmannia;Group 6: Sandwood,ginseng,oyster,rehmannia,notoginseng,ginseng,plum,ginseng,virgin son,raspberry,dousder,wolfberry.Clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs in decompensated patients into 4groups.Group 1:Divine Comedy,Malt,Hawthorn,Lotus root,Lotus root,E-Jiao,yellow chinensis,Radix chinensis,Radix yellow chinensis,Radix Radix,Radix Poria officinalis,Radix Qi,Radix Qi,Radix Salvia Radix,Radix Qi,ginseng,ginseng,etc.Conclusion:1.The ratio of male to female patients with symptomatic and decompensated PBC is about1:4,and the age of onset is more than 51-60 years old,and the proportion of patients over 40 years old in decompensated patients is significantly more than that of symptomatic patients.2.Lu Shi often treated patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency PBC with clinical symptoms,including stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis;in the clinical decompensation stage,avoid vigorous and greasy medication,and whole body qi.3.Professor Lu Bingjiu treated the treatment of symptomatic and decompensated liver and kidney Yin deficiency patients with the method of gas and water improvement,he is good at stage and syndrome differentiation,and has different emphasis on clinical treatment for different stages and clinical manifestations.
