Based On Data Mining To Explore The Medication Rules Of Professor Gong Hongwei In The Treatment Of Primary Lung Cancer

Objective:To use data mining technology to analyze the prescription drugs of Professor Gong Hongwei for the treatment of lung cancer,summarize and summarize his drug use rules,inherit his academic thoughts,and provide reference for the treatment of lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2021,the Chinese medicine prescriptions of lung cancer patients who were treated in the outpatient and inpatient department of Professor Gong Hongwei of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.Use Microsoft Excel 2016 to establish a database to count the basic information of patients,and analyze the frequency,frequency,four qi and five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,and return to the meridian.With the help of SPSS Modeler 18,the association rules of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine are analyzed,and SPSS 25 is used for systematic clustering and factor analysis.Analysis,and finally combined with the data to summarize Professor Gong’s medication rules and academic thoughts.Results:（1）General information statistics: There were 94 cases of lung cancer,67 males and 27 females,the average age was 66.77 years old,60-79 years old was the high incidence age group,63 cases of adenocarcinoma,21 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,and 10 cases of small cell lung cancer example.（2）Statistics of TCM syndrome types: qi and yin deficiency syndrome（61 times）,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome（44times）,spleen deficiency and phlegm-damp syndrome（27 times）,yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome（26 times）,lung and spleen deficiency syndrome（23 times）,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome（13 times）.（3）Tongue and pulse statistics:A total of 27 tongue symptoms and23 pulse symptoms were counted.The top 5 tongue symptoms were pale red tongue,dark red tongue,ecchymosis or petechiae,thin white coating,and white greasy coating;The top 5 are thin pulse,thin and weak pulse,stringy pulse,thin and stringy pulse,and weak pulse.（4）Frequency statistics:There are 295 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total usage frequency of 4379.There are 64high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines（>20 times）,and the top 10 traditional Chinese medicines are Scutellaria（143）,Poria（126）,tangerine peel（125）,Atractylodes（107）,Licorice（101）,Pinellia（97）,Yunzhi（94）,Citrus aurantium（73）,Angelica（71）,Salvia（70）.（5）Statistics of efficacy categories:15 categories of drugs were obtained by classifying the efficacy of the top 64high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines.The top 3 drugs were tonic（25.59%）,phlegm-relieving,cough-relieving and asthma-relieving drugs（17.36%）,and heat-clearing drugs（12.83%）.（6）Statistics of the four qi,the five flavors,and the meridians:the four qi are mainly warm（35.83%）,cold（33.20%）,and flat（26.23%）;the five flavors are sweet（32.93%）,bitter（28.96%）,and acrid（22.56%）mainly;the main meridians are the Lung Meridian（19.74%）,Spleen Meridian（19.24%）,Stomach Meridian（14.21%）,Liver Meridian（14.11%）,Heart Meridian（10.27%）,Kidney Meridian（10.00%）.（7）Association rule analysis: set the support degree ≥ 10%,confidence degree ≥ 80%,the maximum number of preceding items is3,and a total of 815 association rules are obtained,of which Pinellia → Chenpi（50%）has the highest support,Alisma and Astragalus →Polyporum praecox（6.25）has the highest degree of improvement.After further screening,6 core two-drug association rules,18 three-drug association rules,and 8 four-drug association rules were obtained.（8）Cluster analysis and factor analysis: 6 pairs of core drugs were obtained,namely Polyporus,Alisma;Muxiang,Amomum;Polyporus,Tinglizi;Centipede,Quanscorpion;Scrophularia,Oyster;Liushenqu,Rice Buds;combined into 9 categories: C1: Poria,Atractylodes,Taizishen,Amomum,Muxiang,Cyperus officinalis,Angelica,Chinese yam,wolfberry,Liushenqu,rice bud,hawthorn,Ji Neijin;C2: Coptis chinensis,melon Loupi,Campanulaceae,Aster,Reed Root,Licorice,Bitter Almond,Ephedra,Magnolia,Perilla,Orange Peel,Pinellia;C3: Fritillaria,Coix Seed,Xu Changqing,Citrus Citrus,Salvia,White Peony,Scutellaria,Bupleurum,Melon Seed,Hemp Seed,Turmeric;C4: Turtle,Ginger,Agrimony,Taxus,Hedyotis diffusa,Vine Pear Root,Centipede,Whole Scorpion;C5:Fritillaria,Wheat Winter,Scrophularia,Oyster,Lily,Baiying;C6:Cinnamon,Polyporus,Tinglizi,Alisma,Plantain;C7: Astragalus,Ginseng,Yunzhi;C8: Silkworm,Houttuynia cordata,Loquat Leaf;C9:Atractylodes Rhizoma,Trichosanthes,Gorgon;factor analysis obtained 21 common factors: F1: Polyporus,Alisma,Tinglizi,Plantain,Guizhi,Licorice;F2: Muxiang,Amomum,Ji Neijin,Liushenqu;F3: Baiying,Lily,Ophiopogon japonicus,Fuji pear root;F4: Rice bud,Liushenqu,hawthorn,Chinese yam;F5: Aster,Campanulaceae;F6: Quan scorpion,centipede,dried ginger;F7:Atractylodes,Gorgon,Atractylodes;F8: Oyster,Scrophularia,Fritillaria;F9: Fritillaria Chuan,Fritillaria,Cymbidium,Xu Changqing;F10: Hemp Seed,Gualou Seed,Bitter Almond;F11: Coix Seed,Poria,Silkworm;F12: Ginseng,Astragalus;F13: Hedyotis diffusa,Turtle;F14: Perilla,Ephedra,Magnolia;F15: Turmeric,Salvia,Bupleurum;F16: Trichosanthes;F17: Loquat Leaf,Chia Silkworm;F18: Scutellaria baicalensis,Bupleurum;F19: Houttuynia cordata;F20: Coptis chinensis,Pinellia fragrans;F21: Agrimony.Conclusion:Scutellaria baicalensis,Poria,tangerine peel,Atractylodes,licorice,Pinellia,Yunzhi,Citrus aurantium,Angelica sinensis and Salvia are the core Chinese medicines of Professor Gong Hongwei in the treatment of lung cancer.The combination of tangerine peel-fatty pinellia,muxiang-amomum,Polyporus-alisma-Poria,Scrophularia-oyster-Zhe Fritillaria are commonly used drug combinations;Professor Gong Hongwei treats lung cancer,using both cold and warm,with a flat period,sweet and bitter,To take care of the spleen and stomach,and help the body’s righteousness to run through the treatment,at the same time,take into account the clearing of the lungs and nourishing the yin,regulating the qi machine,infiltrating water and dampness,and attacking pathogens and fighting cancer.
