Research On The Medication Rules Of Professor Lu Bingjiu In The Treatment Of Ascites Due To Liver Cirrhosis Based On Data Mining

Objective:To summarize the law of ascites in liver cirrhosis and the law of medication of Professor Lu Bingjiu in the treatment of ascites in liver cirrhosis.Materials and methods: Materials and methods: to collect the first case and clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 150 patients with cirrhosis and ascites in the electronic case system of liver disease outpatient department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine,establish case information database,use frequency analysis to understand the distribution of patients' gender and age,as well as the frequency of commonly used drugs,the law of sexual taste and menstruation,use association rules to analyze the traditional Chinese Medicine The relationship between them.Results:1.150 cases of ascites due to cirrhosis were collected in this study,97 males and 53 females,with a ratio of 1.9:1.The age of the patients ranged from 27 to 88 years old,among which 50 to 59 years old was the most,with an average age of 57.1 ± 12.2 years.2.There were 116 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in 150 prescriptions,and the frequency of drugs was 2455 times,with an average of 16.36 prescriptions.27 drugs were used more than 30 times,and the cumulative use frequency was 80.20%.Among them,the most frequently used medicine is tangerine peel,the frequency is 140,the frequency is 93.3%.There are 14 kinds of medicine with the frequency no less than 60 times,which are tangerine peel(140),cuttlebone(137),Poria Cocos(136),Atractylodes macrocephala(129),large belly peel(126),chicken nugget(124),Sanguisorba officinalis(116),plantain seed(95),Alisma orientalis(89),pseudoginseng(87),Astragalus membranaceus(69),respectively Platycladus orientalis(62),Magnolia officinalis(62)and Broussonetia papyrifera(60).3.There are 17 kinds of drugs with different effects involved.The most frequently used drugs are tonic drugs(25.5%),followed by diuretic drugs(14.6%),Qi regulating drugs(12.9%)and hemostatic drugs(12.6%).The most frequently used tonic was 396 times(63.4%).4.Temperature was the most frequently used drug,accounting for 48.1% of the total frequency of use,followed by evenness(26.8%)and coldness(22.9%).The top three medicine flavors were sweet(34.8%),bitter(25.7%)and bitter(16.3%).The frequency of drug meridian was20.4%,followed by liver meridian(15.6%),stomach meridian(15.3%),lung meridian(12.6%)and kidney meridian(11.1%).5.Among the drug combinations with association rules,Poria cocos tangerine peel combination was the most frequently used,with a frequency of 84.67% and a confidence degree of 93.38%: the second was the large belly peel tangerine peel combination,with a frequency of 78% and a confidence degree of 99.15%.The commonly used drug combinations are Alisma tuckahoe,plantain–tuckahoe,Magnolia officinalis-tangerine peel,etc.Conclusion:1.There are more men than women with ascites due to cirrhosis,and the age of disease is mainly over middle age.2.Professor Lu Bingjiu's treatment of this disease is based on the principle of invigorating the spleen and promoting the water,which can be used flexibly in many ways,such as promoting Qi,activating blood,regulating lung,warming yang and nourishing yin.3.Professor Lu Bingjiu mainly treated ascites of liver cirrhosis with liver,spleen and kidney,and at the same time,he paid attention to regulating lung.4.The common drugs used by Professor Lu Bingjiu in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis are tangerine peel,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,plantain peel,Alisma orientalis,Alisma orientalis;Poria plantain peel;Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Pseudostellariae,etc.
