Analysis Of Professor Lu Bingjiu's Experience In Treating Primary Biliary Cholangitis Based On Data Mining

Purpose:Based on the scientific research methods of "Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform management system(v2.5)" and data mining,this paper summarizes Professor Lu Bingjiu's syndrome differentiation and treatment experience and medication rules for primary biliary cholangitis(hereinafter referred to as PBC),inherits his academic thoughts,and provides data support and new ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.Material and method:200 cases of PBC patients' first visit medical records in liver disease outpatient department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected and set up medical case database.High level data mining methods such as frequency statistics,association rule analysis,clustering analysis,complex system entropy clustering,entropy chromatography clustering analysis were used to explore the characteristics and rules of drug use.Results:1.Analysis results based on general data:There were 33 male and 150 female PBC patients,the ratio of male to female was about 1:4.55.The average age of the patients was 55.08 years.There are 15 kinds of TCM diseases that may correspond to.There are 30 TCM syndromes with frequency ? 10,the highest is liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome(35 times,19.12%),the second is spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome(23 times,12.57%),the third is damp heat accumulation syndrome and spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation syndrome(18 times,9.84%),the fourth is liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome and liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome(14 times,7.65%).2.According to the analysis results of medical case data: There were 97 kinds of concomitant symptoms in 183 cases,the total frequency was 604 times,of which 18 kinds were more than10 times.After setting the confidence level to 0.8,34 associated symptoms were extracted,and 3 symptom rules with the confidence level up to 100% were extracted.There are 10 kinds of tongue images,the most frequent is light red tongue,followed by dark stagnant tongue and red tongue;there are 11 kinds of tongue coating,the highest frequency is thin white coating,followed by white greasy coating and dry split coating;there are 7 kinds of pulse images,the first three are sinking pulse,sliding pulse and fine pulse according to the order of high to low frequency.3.According to the analysis results of the prescription: This study involved 183 prescriptions and 172 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The frequency of drug use was 2819 times,with an average of 18.23 drugs per prescription.There are 25 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with frequency ? 40,among which orange peel has the highest frequency.The drug properties of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly warm drugs,accounting for 46.20% of the total data,followed by cold drugs and peace drugs.The top three taste frequencies were sweetness,bitterness and bitterness.According to the frequency,the order of drug meridian is:spleen > liver > lung > stomach > heart > kidney > large intestine > bladder > small intestine > gallbladder > pericardium > Sanjiao.Set the number of support degree as 35,the confidence degree as 0.8,extract a total of 132 data of drug combination with frequency ? 35.Set the correlation degree as 9 and the penalty degree as 2.Use cluster analysis to get the correlation degree between the two drugs in 183 prescriptions.There are 36 groups of data with correlation coefficient ? 0.024.Use complex system entropy cluster method to find 42 core drug combinations of 3-4 flavors that can be used for new prescription clustering,and then further cluster to get 21 new prescriptions that can be used for PBC treatment.Conclusion:1.PBC patients are mostly found in middle-aged women,and women patients are about 5times more than men.The disease is located in the three viscera of "liver,spleen and kidney",involving the viscera of "gall bladder,stomach and lung".The pathological factors include "depression,dampness,deficiency and stasis".The pathogenesis of the disease is based on deficiency and excess.There are different manifestations in different stages.Generally speaking,the disease is characterized by the deficiency of the original and the excess of the true,and the deficiency of the positive is the root cause,and the deficiency of the positive runs through the whole disease.2.Although PBC is a liver disease,it starts from the deficiency of spleen and kidney and is deficient by nature.Therefore,it should be used for warming and tonifying the body.The treatment of PBC should be based on Regulating Qi,and the application of "Qi mechanism theory" should be emphasized."Qi medicine and blood medicine are used together,tonic and cathartic drugs are used together",and they are good at mediocre ways to send prescriptions,so as to make up without stagnation,and to make diarrhea keep Yin.3.Professor Lu Bingjiu often adopts such methods in the compatibility of prescriptions as "Xin Kai Ku Jiang Gan Tiao","Fu Zheng Qu Xie","Qi and blood congruence","treating both the symptoms and the symptoms","tonifying and reducing both the pathogenic factors".
