Research On Network Security Management In Secondary Hospital

With the rapid development and application of hospital information network and health big data,information network has been basically integrated into the business of various departments of the hospital,and the normal operation of hospital workflow is increasingly dependent on the network.The rapid development of informatization has brought efficient,convenient and economic benefits to the hospital.At the same time,network security issues such as attacks,Trojans,data theft and extortion have become increasingly prominent.Security has become the lifeline of the development of hospital information network,providing practical protection for the normal operation of the hospital.This paper summarizes the research on the network security management of secondary hospitals,discusses and analyzes the connotation and extension of the network security management by using the information security management theory,risk management theory and incentive theory,focuses on the secondary hospitals with the background of the medical industry,and selects the network security management of M hospital in Qingdao as the research object.Through interviews,questionnaires and other research methods,This paper summarizes the current situation of M hospital’s network security management,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of its network security management,combs the network security management of M hospital in detail from the aspects of organization,funds,personnel,awareness and assessment,finds out that M hospital has problems such as insufficient network security awareness,imperfect management system and insufficient fund investment,and analyzes that it is caused by the lack of effective management and guarantee,lack of assessment and evaluation,etc,It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening network security awareness,perfecting management system mechanism,formulating management rules and regulations,establishing management talent team,establishing fund guarantee system and establishing management assessment and evaluation.Previous studies on network security in secondary hospitals paid more attention to security strategies in terms of software and hardware equipment and technical protection,and management measures were often scattered and unsystematic.The innovation of this study is to start with the perspective of hospital network security management,explore the construction of systematic network security management system,and better play the role of hospital network security management,It can provide experience and reference for secondary hospitals to improve their network security management ability.
