| Information construction is an important part of rural medical service system in China.With the progress of social medical treatment and the rapid development of computer network science,the position of hospital informatization in hospital management is becoming more and more important.This study takes the design of network transformation integrated wiring information construction system of the Affiliated Hospitals of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine as an example,in order to provide reference for the information construction of rural medical service system.As the material medium of digital information system,integrated wiring system plays an important role in network transformation.The Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chineae medicine is a large-scale comprehensive third-level first-class hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,which has carried out network informatization construction in the early stage.With the continuous growth of business in recent years,hospital network equipment and structure design can not meet the normal work needs,such as slow transmission speed,increase of single point failure rate,decrease of network security,and even the situation of network paralysis.In view of the above situation,combined with the user needs analysis,the characteristics of intelligent network development and the shortcomings of the existing network system in hospitals,the research has been carried out from the aspects of the goal of hospital network transformation,the renewal scheme of network system,the security of network system,the improvement of integrated network wiring,the selection of equipment and materials,and the test scheme of network transformation,etc.The main results are as follows:(1)There are some problems in hospital network system,such as fewer nodes,smaller capacity,slower speed and unreasonable layout.The goal of hospital network transformation is to increase nodes,capacity,speed and rational layout.(2)Planning a new network system,precisely dividing the functional areas,designing network topology,IP address allocation,VLAN partition and other programs.(3)A new plan for network system security is put forward,which improves the ability of the reconstructed network to prevent external malicious interference and internal malicious destruction,identity authentication and authorization services.(4)Designed the general wiring scheme,which enables the hospital to obtain a reasonably designed,scalable and extensible general wiring system with lower investment.(5)According to the actual situation of the hospital and the network planning scheme,the selection scheme of equipment and materials is put forward,and the installation method of main equipment is introduced.(6)Designed the test plan of network transformation.By finding problems and modifying the plan in time,the network system after transformation can meet the business needs of the current hospital.Its scalability is improved significantly,and the expected design goal can be achieved.At the same time,the technology and experience of network transformation of Affiliated Hospitals of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine,and the replaced equipment after the network transformation,are used to support the basic information network construction of Luqu County people’s Hospital,a corresponding support unit.This work has enhanced the hospital medical assistance capacity,so that the vast number of farmers and herdsmen to enjoy better medical services. |
