| ObjectiveTo construct an intervention scheme of acupoint massage in the treatment of abdominal distension in acute pancreatitis(liver qi stagnation syndrome),and observe its efficacy through clinical trials,so as to provide a reference basis for acupoint massage in the treatment of abdominal distension in acute pancreatitis(liver qi stagnation syndrome).MethodsThrough literature review,research group discussion,expert consultation,pre-test and other methods,the intervention scheme of acupoint massage in the treatment of abdominal distension in acute pancreatitis(liver qi stagnation syndrome)was constructed;From January 2021 to December 2021,80 subjects(40 cases in each group)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing.The experimental group added acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The observation indexes were abdominal distension VAS score,first exhaust time,first defecation time,bowel sound recovery time Serum amylase and curative effect of TCM syndrome.SPSS 26.0 software was used to statistically analyze the observed indexes of the two groups before and after treatment.The first exhaust time,the first defecation time and the recovery time of bowel sounds were compared by independent sample ttest.Independent sample t-test was used for inter group comparison of TCM symptom score,and paired t-test was used for intra group comparison.Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to compare the curative effect of TCM symptoms among groups.The VAS score of abdominal distension at different time points and the serum amylase at different time points were compared by repeated measurement analysis of variance.P<0.05 means the difference is statistically significant.ResultsThe intervention scheme of acupoint massage in the treatment of abdominal distension in acute pancreatitis(liver qi stagnation syndrome)was constructed.Through clinical trial observation,the results showed that:(1)the general data of all subjects before enrollment were analyzed,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05);(2)The intra group comparison(time effect),inter group comparison(intervention effect)and interaction of time and intervention between the test group and the control group showed that the difference was statistically significant(p<0.001).The VAS scores of the two groups decreased.The VAS scores of the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the VAS scores of the test group decreased faster than those of the control group,indicating that the subjective feelings of abdominal distension in the two groups were improved,The subjective feeling of abdominal distension in the experimental group was more comfortable and faster than that in the control group;(3)There were significant differences in the recovery time of bowel sounds,the first exhaust time and the first defecation time between the control group and the test group(p<0.001).The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first exhaust time and the first defecation time in the test group were significantly earlier than those in the control group;(4)Compared the serum amylase of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)in the intra group comparison(time effect)and the inter group comparison(intervention effect).The serum amylase of the two groups decreased,and the serum amylase of the test group was lower than that of the control group,indicating that both groups had curative effects and the curative effect of the test group was better than that of the control group;(5)After treatment,there was significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the test group and the control group(p<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and the cure rate and effective rate of the test group were higher than that of the control group,indicating that the test group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome of patients.ConclusionThe intervention scheme of acupoint massage in the treatment of abdominal distension in acute pancreatitis(liver qi stagnation syndrome)has been proved to be scientific,reasonable and operable by clinical trials.On the basis of routine treatment and nursing,acupoint massage has a good effect on abdominal distension in patients with acute pancreatitis(liver qi stagnation syndrome),which can accelerate the relief of abdominal distension symptoms in patients with acute pancreatitis,shorten the recovery time of bowel sounds,the first exhaust time and the first defecation time,and improve the blood amylase and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,It provides scientific and effective TCM nursing methods for patients with acute pancreatitis(liver qi stagnation syndrome)with abdominal distension. |
