Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on functional abdominal distention(liver depression and spleen deficiency)guided by the theory of five meridians compatibility of Hunan Province,and to explore the clinical application law of the theory of five meridians compatibility,so as to provide clinical basis for further promotion.Methods:62 patients with functional abdominal distention(liver depression and spleen deficiency)were divided into two groups according to the principle of random parallel control.In fact,60 effective cases were included.In the experimental group,30 cases were treated with the combination theory of Huxiang five meridians;30 cases in the control group were treated with routine differentiation and selection of acupoints;The course of treatment was once a day,15 times in a row;Before and after treatment,TCM symptom score,SAS anxiety score,total effective rate and symptom improvement were used as observation indexes to evaluate the clinical effect.Resuits:(1)The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were90% and 73%,respectively,The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group;(2)After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups could improve the scores of TCM syndromes,and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05);The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05);(3)After treatment,the difference of SAS between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the improvement of anxiety in the observation group was better than that in the control group.(4)Long term effect: after three month follow-up,5 cases recurred in the observation group,the recurrence rate was 17%,10 cases recurred in the control group,the recurrence rate was 43%;the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:According to the theory of the five meridians of Huxiang,acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms and anxiety of the patients,It is better than thecontrol group in improving the symptoms of fullness of epigastric cavity,unsmooth emotion,belching,insomnia and dreaminess,It has the advantage of low recurrence rate;It provides new methods and ideas for clinical treatment.
