Objective:Combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis has become the mainstream mode at present. It has been clinically proven that Chinese medicine enema, acupuncture, moxibustion, acupuncture point injection and the combination of acupuncture and medicine can effectively complement Western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal dynamics and suppress inflammation.Despite the variety of treatments,Chinese medicine therapy is still a recommended treatment and has not yet become a routine treatment. Therefore, through a preliminary investigation of the clinical efficacy of acupuncture point patching on the foot Sanli(double)and Zhonghua acupuncture points as an adjunctive treatment for acute pancreatitis to improve abdominal pain and distension,we can provide safer and stronger evidence for its clinical promotion as a convenient, safe and effective adjunctive treatment.Results:1.Laboratory indices:comparison of the two groups after treatment:white blood cell count, blood amylase,C-reactive protein, and interleukin-6 were reduced. The comparison of white blood cell count and blood amylase after treatment(p<0.05)was statistically significant, and the observation group was better than the control group;the comparison of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 was not statistically significant(p>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group.2.Gastrointestinal motility recovery:the two groups were compared before and after treatment:the first feeding(d),the first defecation(h),and the recovery of bowel sounds(d)were statistically significant(p<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group.3.Pain medication usage and hospitalization time(d):the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)when comparing the usage of pain medication and hospitalization time between the two groups after treatment, and the dosage and time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.4.Abdominal pain scores:the abdominal pain scores of the two groups were compared within the groups, and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups 3 days after treatment(p>0.05),5 days after treatment(p<0.05),and 7 days after treatment(p>0.05).5.Abdominal distension score:the two groups were compared before,3 days,5 days and 7 days after treatment, respectively. There was a statistical difference.6.TCM symptom score and clinical comprehensive efficacy:after treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.01),and the rank mean value of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, indicating that the observation group was better than the control group. After treatment, the ?2 test of the clinical comprehensive efficacy of the observation group yielded ?2=6.49,p=0.024<0.05,indicating that the difference between the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant. After 7 days of treatment, the healing rate+significant rate:the observation group was better than the control group, but the overall effective rate was the same in both groups. Conclusion:Comparison of laboratory indices showed that acupressure could effectively reduce the white blood cell count and blood amylase, and no significant advantage was seen in C-reactive protein and interleukin-6.By comparing the time to first feeding, time to first defecation\exhaustion,and time to recovery of bowel sounds,it was found that acupoint patching could effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal motility.By comparing the amount of pain medication used and hospitalization time,it was found that acupressure-assisted treatment could reduce hospitalization time, shorten the course of illness, and reduce the pressure of medical expenses. The comparison of TCM symptom score and comprehensive clinical efficacy revealed that the addition of acupoint compresses relieved symptoms better than the control group,so it was concluded that acupoint compresses could accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms. In conclusion, acupoint compressing is better than the control group.
