In recent years,the disease incidence of cervical spondylosis increasing, but also increasingly younger. Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR) is the most common type of cervical spondylosis, Neck, shoulder and back pain and Upper limb radiating pain as the main symptoms. The disease course is lingering and easy to relapse. Not only will affect surrounding cervical nerves, blood vessels and other tissues. CSR can also affect cerebral vascular, cardiovascular, autonomic and other. So it will evoke cerebral vascular accident, Hypertension, Coronary heart disease and other disease. Therefore, the study of nerve root type cervical spondylosis has positive significance for the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis. Of course, methods of treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is diverse in clinical. The main treatment is surgery, non-surgical treatment. Non-surgical treatment which has high security, low cost, the effect is obvious and other advantages. Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy belongs to "Neck pain","Item paralysis" of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Its syndromes is that inwardness weak and symptom solid. But the access to a large literature, found that due to various factors, the disease is still a lack of unified dialectical type. To this end, I collected120cases in clinical. By analyzing the cases to find out the syndrome differentiation and assess the effect of treatment. Investigate deeply the syndrome differentiation and the establishment of TCM treatment scheme to provide certain reference significance for the medical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Objective:To investigate the syndrome differentiation and the establishment of treatment scheme of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method:Collected case information in June2013—January2014Jiangsu Provincial Hospital orthopedic on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Performed cluster analysis on the related cases in the literature. According to the general condition of patients, predisposing factors, complaints, main symptoms and signs, symptoms and so on collected cases were dialectical typing.120cases of cervical radicular patients were randomly divided into treatment (A group for taking Chinese herbal medicine) and control group (Another group for taking the neck pain particles). Observe two groups of patients after four weeks of clinical symptoms and signs of improvement.Result:After4weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was95.71%, the control group was86:00%. The treatment group and the control group had the good effect in the treatment of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis, are effective therapy methods, available for clinical selection. But the total effective rate in treatment group was higher than control group,the comparison between the two groups, the difference was significant. Symptom scale scores of patients in two groups were significantly improved after treatment,after statistics processing△P<0.05,there is significant difference, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The treatment group in improving the neck pain, numbness of limbs, Spurling test was better than the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The collected cases are mainly:Qi stagnation and blood stasis, cold obstruction syndrome, liver and kidney deficiency, stagnation of phlegm dampness type. My Tutor’s experience in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is safe and effective, and can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms, improve life treatment.
