Research On The Medication Rules Of Professor Yang Bingxiu In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Uterine Fibroids Based On The TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platfor

Objective:Through data mining technology,this study comprehensively analyzes the drug combination,prescription structure and core medication of Professor Yang Bingxiu in identifying and treating uterine fibroids,summarizes the long-term clinical effective experience accumulated by Professor Yang Bingxiu,a famous old Chinese medicine doctor,and provides the support of objective big data,so that Professor Yang Bingxiu’s excellent clinical theoretical knowledge and academic ideas can be promoted,and at the same time,to a certain extent,the existing Chinese medicine understanding of the prevention and treatment of uterine fibroids(fistula)diseases can be enriched and developed.Methods:Using retrospective case collection,503 valid cases of uterine fibroids(fistula)were selected from the gynecological outpatient clinic of Professor Yang Bingxiu of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and based on the TCM inheritance assistance platform,through frequency analysis,correlation rules,and data mining techniques based on "entropy clustering" and "improved mutual information method",the medication rules and treatment experience were deeply explored.Results:A total of 503 prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria were screened,involving 213 patients,involving 183 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,and 10 flavors of drugs with a frequency of ≥ 250 times,namely licorice,astragalus,red peony,taizi ginseng,curcuma,sanling,baizhi,skullcap,poria and danshen;the highest frequency of the four qi of the drug was warm,and the sum of the three medicinal properties of warm,flat and cold was as high as 97.64%;the highest frequency of the five tastes was bitter,sweet and spicy;the highest frequency of the drug was the spleen meridian and the liver meridian.After the analysis of the drug mode,40 groups of core drug combinations were obtained,and according to the frequency of occurrence,20 pairs of 2 combinations of drugs,16 pairs of 3 combinations of herbs,and 4 pairs of 4 combinations of drugs were obtained;after the analysis of association rules,the drug combination with a confidence degree of 1 was a total of 13 groups;through the analysis of complex system entropy clustering,7 groups of core drug combinations and 7 new prescriptions were obtained.According to the "improved mutual information method",a total of 15 groups of drug combinations with drug association coefficients of 0.02 or more were obtained,and 3 groups of potential new party combinations were obtained after cluster analysis.Conclusion:In clinical practice,Professor Yang Bingxiu follows the principle of attacking and supplementing at the same time,taking into account both qi and blood,and adopts the methods of beneficial qi and qi,invigorating blood and breaking stasis,dissolving phlegm and softness,clearing heat and dampness,and dissipating knots and eliminating tuberculosis,so that many patients benefit from it.
