Based On Date Mining To Explore The Medication Characteristics And Prescription Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of PCOS

Objective: This study based on the research of modern clinical literature,the Chinese medicine for treatment of PCOS internal and prescriptions as the research sample,adopts the method of data mining,with the aid of inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform system,through the analysis,the formulas between the syndrome of data,combing the commonly used internal and kinds of drugs,the formulas analyzing of compatibility between the drug law,summarizes the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of PCOS sent the clinical thinking and association rules,mining potential new prescription,in order to further discuss the possible pathogenesis of PCOS better guidance for clinical medicine syndrome differentiation,choose for drugs in the clinical treatment of PCOS and provide certain scientific basis for the development of new drugs.Methods: Retrieve published literatures in the clinical treatment of PCOS,screening,row of standard literature,extract the literature data,involved in the specification document types of syndromes and the formulas,establishing standardized PCOS prescriptions research database,input of Chinese auxiliary system platform,analyzed internal and medicines to treat PCOS high frequency,often witness,the formulas of various drugs compatibility features,correlation,etc.Results:1.A total of 168 literatures were screened,including 182 prescriptions,involving 16 syndrome types,among which 9 syndromes appeared more than 10 times,and 7 of the top 9 syndromes were related to kidney deficiency;185 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were involved,among which,the use frequency of traditional Chinese medicine ≥ 15% included Danggui,Tusizi,Fuling,Baizhu,Xiangfu,Yinyanghuo,Gancao,Shudihuang,Banxia and Chenpi,etc.The meridian of drugs in the literature were mainly liver,spleen and kidney meridian,the four qi were warm,flat and cold,and the five flavors were sweet,spicy and bitter.Drug action and effect to fill deficiency,remove blood stasis,heat,phlegm,Qi and so on.2.According to association rules,the formula rules were analyzed,the correlation support coefficient and confidence coefficient were set,and 30 commonly used drug combinations were obtained through analysis,including13 traditional Chinese medicines;According to the improved mutual information method,the correlation degree between drugs was analyzed,and the correlation degree coefficient and punishment degree coefficient were set.After cluster analysis,16,489 drug pair coefficients were obtained.According to the entropy cluster analysis of complex prescription system,18 groups of potential common core drug combinations were obtained.At last,nine new combinations were obtained based on unsupervised entropy clustering analysis.Conclusion:1.The TCM inheritance assistant platform system effectively explores the drug frequency,medication characteristics,disease syndrome and prescription rules,realizes the function of prescription analysis and management,has a certain scientific nature,and provides a reference for the scientific research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM gynecological PCOS.2.Most of the syndromes in the literature included kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency and liver stagnation,involving kidney deficiency and blood stasis,kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis,kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness,spleen and kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,etc.Have prescription medication to tonify deficiency,heat,blood,phlegm,qi,moisture penetration and other commonly used traditional Chinese medicine is given priority to,and its use to the liver,spleen and kidney,preliminary analysis concluded that PCOS mainly in liver,spleen,kidney and other viscera function disorder the reason for this,with blood stasis,phlegm,dampness blocking the change of zang-fu organs and meridians as mark the conditions of the virtual and the real.3.From the perspective of the institute into the formula,the internal and prescriptions of TCM clinical treatment of PCOS mainly kidney and spleen Liver kind of Chinese traditional medicine is given priority to,phlegm and clearing damp blood type of traditional Chinese medicine is complementary,and generate new reagent,this study traditional Chinese medicine is mostly tonify deficiency blood lishi the different combination of drugs,the new formula verified by clinical comprehensive evaluation after the improvement,can lay a foundation for new drug research and development.
