Research On The Characteristics Of Medication Used By Tutor Wang Guohua In Treating Uterine Fibroids Based On Data Minin

Objective:To collate and mine the doctor’s protocol for the outpatient treatment of uterine fibroids based on Guohua Wang’s cloud platform,which analyzes the mentor’s medication characteristics for the treatment of uterine fibroids from clinical symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes,and group rules to provide effective references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method:Through a retrospective study,medical records of patients with uterine fibroids diagnosed and treated at the mentor’s outpatient clinic from January 2015 to December 2021 were collected,and the relationships among the evidence,evidence,and compatibility of Chinese medicine using frequency statistics,chi square tests,association rule analyses,complex network analyses,and cluster analyses in the ancient medical record cloud platform were investigated,Summarize mentor’s medication characteristics.Result:Outpatient age distribution was greatest for those aged 30-39 years,followed by 40-49 years,with the highest prevalence of uterine fibroids seen in women of reproductive age.A total of 65 clinical symptoms were recorded after menstruation,with blood clots being the most frequently reported symptom,followed by poor sleep,dysmenorrhea,chills,low back acid,menorrhagia bleak.There were six tongue fasciculations,seven tongue coatings,and nine pulse appearances characterized by a bleak and thin tongue with a high number of pulses.The syndrome is characterized by the most common syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,followed by the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,while the syndrome of phlegm dampness and stasis is the least common.In total,175 herbs in traditional Chinese medicine were used in all visits,with a total frequency of 8631 herbs,of which 27 herbs were used more than 20%frequently,with radix paeoniae rubra,Poria cocos,and Radix Notoginseng being the most frequently used;The drug resistance is based on temperature medicine,while the medicinal taste is dominated by glycine,and the Radix Angelicae is based on liver meridian.From the analysis of association rules,11 pairs of herbal pairs with pairwise compatibility between Chinese herbs for the treatment of uterine fibroids by mentor were obtained,among which two pairs,Danggui,Bai Shao,Shudi Huang,are more closely connected,Radix Paeoniae Rubra forms an herbal pair with Moutan peel and peach Ren,respectively,and Pu Huang and notoginseng,cinnamon and Huangqi,and Danggui and Ligustrum lucidum,and Danggui and Lycium barbarum,respectively.Using a complex network analysis approach,the core prescriptions for exploring the mentor’s treatment of uterine fibroids were as follows:moudan PI,Chishao,Atractylodes macrocephala,Danggui,Danshen,Poria,Guizhi,Radix Astragali,Panax notoginseng,Radix Paeoniae Alba,and peach Ren.Mining the common relationship between TCM syndromes and TCM was carried out on all the medical records collected in this study,and the core drugs of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were Radix Angelicae sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Paeoniae lactiflora,Poria cocos,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Cortex Moutan,radix rehmanniae,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Radix Bupleuri,Rhizoma cinnamomi,and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae;The core drugs for Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are Radix Astragali,Radix notoginseng,Radix Paeoniae lactiflora,Poria cocos,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma angelicae sinensis,Radix tauschii lateralis,Rhizoma cinnamomi,and Radix galliae;The core drugs for dampness heat stasis syndrome are Panax notoginseng,Poria cocos,Curcumae Rhizoma,Radix Paeoniae lactiflora,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Astragali,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,and cortex Chen;The core drugs for qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome are radix paeoniae rubra,rhizoma curcumae,Radix notoginseng,radix rehmanniae,Fructus persicae,Rhizoma cinnamomi,cortex Paeoniae miltiorrhizae,Radix galliae,Rhizoma Crataegus,Rhizoma arachnoides,and Rhizoma tripyrrhizae;The core drugs for cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome are peach Ren,Poria cocos,Guizhi,Pu Huang,Mu Dan PI,fennel,Panax notoginseng,Wu Yao,Chishao and Danggui;The core drugs of phlegm wet stasis knot syndrome are Panax notoginseng,Curcumae Rhizoma,Radix Paeoniae lactiflora,Poria cocos,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,radix rehmanniae,cortex Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,and cortex Chen.Conclusion:Mentor considered positive deficiency blood stasis as the basic pathogenic mechanism of uterine fibroids,which is mainly caused by deficiency of Qi and deficiency of disease evil.And it was considered that the onset of fibroids could not be separated from the three heart including liver,kidney and spleen,so that the clinical diagnosis of the onset of uterine fibroids should not ignore the joint effect of liver and kidney and spleen.In response to the pathogenic features of positive deficiency and blood stasis of uterine fibroids,mentor pays special attention to Fuzheng and removing stasis,attacking and supplementing both,and implying to eliminate replenishment.At the same time,depending on the different characteristics of patients’ onset accompanying symptoms,there is a focus on Fuzheng and removing stasis,and eliminating the symptoms should not ignore the need to regulate body Qi,Zhengqi Jianwang,Tongli of Qi and blood,and crunching self elimination.
