| Purpose(1)To understand the current situation of college students’ appreciative joy,school moral atmosphere perception,moral elevation and altruistic behavior,and to investigate the differences in general conditions such as gender and whether they are medical students.(2)Explore the relationship among college students’ appreciative joy,perception of school moral atmosphere,sense of moral elevation and altruistic behavior.(3)Improve the psychological intervention programme to effectively enhance the appreciative joy of college students,so as to improve their sense of moral atmosphere,sense of moral elevation and altruistic behavior level.Method(1)Through the literature analysis method,a great number of domestic and foreign literatures about appreciative joy,moral atmosphere perception,moral elevation and altruistic behavior of college students were systematically analyzed to understand their research progress and sort out their internal relationship.(2)A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1,777 college students from Shanxi,Guangdong,Guangxi,Hainan and Xinjiang provinces(autonomous regions),to understand the status quo of relevant variables and their influencing factors,and to build the influencing path among variables.(3)Conduct preliminary intervention for 14 college students,collect their feedback on the intervention plan,and improve the intervention plan.(4)Through the improved intervention plan,120 subjects were intervened,and the intervention effect was tested.The questionnaire data were sorted and analyzed by SPSS26.0.Result(1)In the appreciative joy,the scores of the dimension of joyance,positive interpersonal bias and self-transcendence of college students are respectively(37.76±6.21)points,(37.46±6.03)points and(29.01±5.53)points,and the total score is(104.23±16.85)points;In the school moral atmosphere,the scores of college students in the dimension of classmate care,classmate justice and school justice are respectively(16.18±2.55)points,(11.93±2.19)points and(12.67±1.88)points,with a total score of(40.78±5.72)points;In the sense of moral elevation,college students scored(31.61±5.25)points,(16.79±2.55)points,(16.42±2.63)points and(20.91±3.08)points respectively in the dimensions of emotion and its disclosure,self-cognition,cognition of others and behavioral tendency,with a total score of(85.72±12.35)points.In the altruistic behavior of College students,College students scored(35.32±4.75),(16.65±2.50),(20.11±4.99),(20.57±3.46)and(17.33±4.34)respectively in the altruistic behavior responsibility dimension,respect and concern for others dimension,(not)caring and self-concern dimension,altruistic behavior expression dimension and(not)egoistic behavior and concept dimension,with a total score of(109.97±13.81)points.(2)In the appreciative joy,there is significant difference in the score of the joyance dimension of college students in gender(t=-3.612,p < 0.001)and whether they are medical students(t=6.143,p < 0.001).The score of positive interpersonal bias is significantly different in gender(t=-4.773,p < 0.001)and whether they are medical students(t=6.962,p < 0.001).The score of self-transcendence dimension is significantly different in gender(t=-2.202,p < 0.01)and whether they are medical students(t=4.877,p< 0.001).The total score of appreciative joy is in gender(t=-3.886,p < 0.001)and whether they are medical students(t=6.354,p < 0.001).(3)In the school moral atmosphere,there is significant difference in the score of classmate care dimension of college students in gender(t=-3.679,p < 0.001)and whether they are medical students(t=4.868,p < 0.001).The score of classmate justice dimension is significantly different in gender(t=-2.291,p < 0.01).The score of classmate justice dimension is significantly different in gender(t=-4.045,p < 0.001)and whether they are medical students(t=3.180,p < 0.01).The total score of school moral atmosphere perception is significantly different in gender(t=-4.045,p < 0.001)and whether it is a medical student(t=3.180,p < 0.01).The other differences are not significant(p > 0.05).(4)In the sense of moral elevation,there is significant difference in the score of emotion and its disclosure dimension of college students in gender(t=-2.594,p < 0.01).The score of self-cognition dimension is significantly different in gender(t=-2.627,p <0.01).The score of cognition of others dimension is significantly different in gender(t=-2.068,p < 0.01).The score of behavioral tendency dimension is significantly different in gender(t=-2.497,p < 0.01).The total score of moral elevation is significantly different in gender(t=-2.664,p < 0.01).The other differences are not significant(p > 0.05).(5)In the altruistic behavior of College students,there is significant difference in the score of altruistic behavior responsibility dimension of college students in gender(t=-3.298,p < 0.001).The score of respect and concern for others dimension is significantly different in whether they are medical students(t=3.492,p < 0.001).There is significant difference in the score of(not)caring and self-concern dimension of college students in gender(t=-5.071,p < 0.001).The score of altruistic behavior expression dimension and(not)egoistic behavior and concept is significantly different in gender(t=-2.956,p < 0.01)and whether they are medical students(t=3.180,p < 0.01).The total score of altruistic behavior is significantly different in gender(t=2.447,p <0.001)and whether they are medical students(t=2.056,p < 0.01).The other differences are not significant(p > 0.05).(6)Correlation analysis shows that there are pairwise correlations among appreciative joy,school moral atmosphere perception,moral elevation and altruistic behavior of college students(all p < 0.01).(7)Appreciative joy can positively predict school moral atmosphere perception,moral elevation and altruistic behavior(both p < 0.001),school moral atmosphere perception can positively predict moral elevation and altruistic behavior(both p <0.001),and moral elevation can positively predict altruistic behavior(p < 0.001).(8)The chain mediating effect analysis shows that the perception of school moral atmosphere and the sense of moral elevation have a chain mediating effect between appreciative joy and the college students’ altruistic behavior,in which the chain mediating effect accounted for 5.04% of the total effect.(9)Before and after the intervention,the score of each dimension and the total score on the appreciative joy of college students in the intervention group are significantly improved(all p < 0.001).Conclusion(1)Female students have significantly higher scores than male students in all dimensions and total scores of the appreciative joy,the school moral atmosphere perception,the sense of moral elevation,and have significantly higher scores than male students in the altruistic behavior responsibility dimension,(not)caring and selfconcern dimension,(not)egoistic behavior and concept dimension of the altruistic behavior of College students.(2)Medical students have significantly higher scores than non-medical students in all dimensions and total scores of the appreciative joy,the school moral atmosphere perception,the sense of moral elevation,and have significantly higher scores than nonmedical students in the altruistic behavior responsibility dimension,(not)caring and self-concern dimension,(not)egoistic behavior and concept dimension of the altruistic behavior of College students.(3)The sense of moral elevation and the perception of school moral atmosphere play a chain mediating role between appreciative joy and college students’ altruistic behavior.(4)The intervention programme of appreciative joy meditation designed in this study can improve college students’ appreciative joy level to a certain extent,so as to improve their sense of school moral atmosphere perception and moral elevation,and promote the occurrence of college students’ altruistic behavior. |
