In recent years,China’s economic development has made great progress,and the demand for Chinese around the world has also increased.As a dynamic and potential international relocation reserve faculty,MTCSOL(referred to as "Hanshuosheng" for short)will greatly promote the internationalization of Chinese language and culture,and enhance China’s international influence.As one of the important forces in disseminating Chinese culture,it is extremely important for MTCSOL to have Chinese cultural communication ability.However,because the structure of this ability is special and the insufficient cultivation,it has not achieved the expected results in many aspects.Therefor,this paper is based on the theory of cultural communication,to explore the composition of Chinese cultural communication ability,and analyse the factors that influence the improvement of Chinese cultural communication ability of MTCSOL through the interview research,and make recommendations on this,in order to improve the cultivation system for Chinese cultural communication ability,and provide some valuable references for International Chinese Language Education communication work.This paper is divided into three parts,as follows:The first part is the introduction.The introduction will discuss background,review,content and significance of the research in depth,and introduce related research methods.The second part is the main body of this paper,divided into four chapters.The first chapter is based on the theory of cultural communication,mainly to explore the concepts,classifications,functions and ways of cultural communication.The focus is to further study the ways of cultural communication under International Chinese Language Education based on the general ways of cultural communication.The second chapter focuses on the composition of MTCSOL’s Chinese cultural communication ability,which is mainly explained from three aspects: cultural communication theoretical literacy,cultural communication awareness,and cross-cultural abilities.The third chapter through an interview with the five MTCSOL volunteers who are sent to different countries to investigate the current status of MTCSOL’s current Chinese cultural communication ability.Research has found that there were many problems in MTCSOL in the cultural communication theoretical literacy,cross-cultural consciousness,the mastery of Chinese talents,and the form of cultural communication.On this basis,further analyze the influencing factors of the Chinese cultural communication ability of MTCSOL.The fourth chapter conducts a new discussion on how to cultivate Chinese cultural communication abilities,and make suggestions from two perspectives of cultivating universities and MTCSOL,in order to promote the development of International Chinese Language Education.The third part is the conclusion.The conclusion summarized and reviewed this research,and pointed out the highlights of research,the shortcomings of research,and the outlook for the future. |
