In 2022,"Education to Teach Chinese as a Foreign Language" was officially listed into the category of education and renamed "International Chinese Education".Its subject orientation and social status have changed,and new requirements have been put forward for talent training.Therefore,in the context of new liberal arts,this study takes strategic cooperation,game theory and synergy theory as the theoretical basis,through the text analysis of the guiding training program of the Education Advisory Commission and the MTCSOL talent training program of representative universities in China,combined with the investigation and research of the current situation of MTCSOL talent training and employment in universities,It puts forward the "U-G-P-T" talent training mode featuring complementary advantages,scientific education and win-win results."U-G-P-T" talent training mode is a multi-subject joint training mode in which "universities","practice bases","government" and "assessment organizations" participate in the whole process of talent training of MTCSOL.Among them,"university" and "practice base",as the core participants,are responsible for the teaching of professional knowledge and training of practical ability."The government" and "assessment organization",as auxiliary participants,assist universities and practice bases to establish long-term stable and benign cooperative relations by issuing policies,providing social resources and financial support,and actually participate in the whole process of talent training of MTCSOL.This study mainly includes four parts:The first part expounds the concept connotation,theoretical basis and main characteristics of "U-G-P-T" talent training mode of MTCSOL.In this model,university(U)is the main front of talent training;Practice base(P)is the main position to exercise practical ability;Government(G)Policy,economic and social resource support;Assessment organization(T)The whole process of assessment personnel training and tripartite cooperation.The second part discusses the background of the "U-G-P-T" talent training mode of MTCSOL.Through the text analysis of the MTCSOL training plan of various universities and the questionnaire survey of the employment intention and current situation of MTCSOL students,it is found that the current professional talent training of MTCSOL is seriously homogenous.There are some problems,such as mismatch between training objectives and employment status,unreasonable curriculum setting,single training methods and teaching methods,imperfect professional practice system,and difficult to reflect the application of the profession in the evaluation mechanism.The third part,aiming at the above problems,tries to construct the "U-G-P-T" theoretical model of talent training of MTCSOL from the specific training links such as training objectives,curriculum setting,teaching methods,management system and evaluation system,and clarify how each training subject should participate in the specific links of talent training and what role they should play.The fourth part explores the realization path of the "U-G-P-T" talent training mode of MTCSOL from the aspects of educational concept,teaching means,educational subject,educational evaluation and so on,and tries to apply this training mode to the revision of the talent training program of a university in Shanxi Province. |
