| Along with the reform of the new music curriculum in the compulsory education stage at the beginning of the new century,China’s basic music education has begun a new round of development.The progress of basic education reform has also triggered reflection and reform in the field of music education in higher normal schools.In the current mode of music teacher training,the educational practice link is an important part of connecting classroom learning and work,combining the knowledge learned with the actual work,and also the necessary preparation for the graduates of music education majors to go to the teacher position..The orientation of talent training for music teachers and the construction of talent training mode are the core issues of the reform of music education major in normal universities.Faced with the new requirements of the state for the training of music teacher education talents in the new era,the music education major of Xi’an Conservatory of Music has carried out previous teaching reforms,and gradually formed a music teacher training model that focuses on practice.Through the literature research method and the case study method,this paper sorts out the adjustment and change of the training objectives in the talent training program in the three periods of the school history of Xi’an Conservatory of Music,and analyzes the practical courses in the talent training program of the Music Education College.The changes in the proportion of hours and credits are explained from the content of practical courses,the development,management,guarantee and evaluation of new practice courses,which provide reference for the professional music colleges to carry out the teaching reform of music education. |
