In 2019,my country’s higher education enrollment rate exceeded 50%.According to the three-stage theory of elite education,popular education and universal education development proposed by American educator Martin Trow,my country’s higher education is currently in the stage of popularization.With the advent of the popularization of higher education,the contradiction between the "supply side" and the "demand side" of talents has become increasingly prominent.Based on this,this article is aimed at satisfying the necessity of the people ’ s pursuit of spiritual civilization and adapting to dance majors in colleges and universities Under the background of the particularity of development.The opening of dance majors in colleges and universities is to actively implement the party and the state’s policy on strengthening the aesthetic education of contemporary college students.Dance education is an important component of aesthetic education.It is responsible for cultivating and developing contemporary college students’ ability to discover,appreciate,and create beauty,and to improve them The responsibilities of the body and mind,therefore,to construct the elements of the training model of dance professionals in Hubei colleges and universities.On the one hand,it helps to enrich the theoretical research of the existing dance professional talent training models in Hubei colleges and universities,and on the other hand,it helps to strengthen the Hubei Institute of Higher Education.Social service functions of school dance majors.In the actual investigation process,the Central China Normal University,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,Wuhan Conservatory of Music,and South-Central University for Nationalities in Hubei Province Eight schools,including Hubei Normal University,Three Gorges University,Yangtze University,and Hubei University of Arts and Sciences,were survey subjects.Using documentary materials and questionnaire survey methods,they mastered the origin,development and talent training of dance majors in the eight schools.The status quo,the five elements of planned enrollment,discipline and professional settings,training objectives and training specifications,professional curriculum settings,and graduate flow of eight schools of dance majors are studied and used as a training model for the construction of dance majors in colleges and universities in Hubei Province.The basis of the element.Finally,use mathematical statistics to analyze the collected data.The analysis draws the following conclusions:(1)The elements of the training model for dancing professionals in Hubei colleges and universities are based on the research results of predecessors and combined with the viewpoints of dance teachers and teaching administrators in colleges and universities.Based on this,this article Put forward the five elements of plan enrollment,discipline and professional setting,training objectives and specifications,professional curriculum setting,and graduate destination.(2)The expansion of the enrollment scope of dance majors in Hubei colleges and universities has promoted the promotion of professional popularity,and correspondingly increased the number of applicants,thereby providing more space for school selection and helping to improve the quality of students.(3)The difference in the training objectives of dance majors in Hubei colleges and universities affects the formulation of training specifications and the setting of courses.Therefore,the major setting occupies a special position in the process of constructing the elements of the training model of dance majors.(4)The knowledge and abilities of dance majors in Hubei colleges and universities basically follow the requirements of the training objectives.(5)The professional courses of dance majors in Hubei colleges and universities basically meet the requirements of the country,and the setting of professional courses can well meet the needs of students in terms of knowledge and ability.(6)The employment rate of graduates majoring in dance in Hubei colleges and universities is relatively ideal,and the employment intentions of the students are basically consistent with the actual work they are engaged in after graduation.In response to the above problems,the author puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Appropriately expand the enrollment scope of dance majors in Hubei colleges and universities,so as to increase the influence of institutions and majors,and at the same time,with the permission of hardware facilities,expand the number of professional enrollment to achieve dance The healthy and sustainable development of such professions.(2)Focus on more diversification in professional settings,and enrich the types of dance majors in Hubei colleges and universities by learning from the experience of running dance majors in colleges and universities in other regions.(3)The knowledge,ability and quality requirements of dance majors in Hubei colleges and universities should be oriented towards training goals,and the development of training goals should not only conform to the school’s orientation and philosophy,but also meet the needs of the society.(4)Courses with Hubei local cultural characteristics are added to the professional courses of dance majors in Hubei colleges and universities.(5)Strengthen the collection of employment information for graduates of dance majors in Hubei colleges and universities,and conduct re-examination at any time to keep abreast of the status quo of Hubei’s dance industry.
