| In the current era,the competition between enterprises is not limited to the product,scale and technology level,but begins to expand to the cultural level.Since1980,domestic scholars have begun to study corporate culture from a theoretical perspective and have carried out practical exploration.However,China’ s economic development started relatively late,the market mechanism is not perfect,the operators’ understanding of corporate culture is relatively one-sided,and there are negative factors in traditional culture.Under the influence of these factors,there is still a big gap between China’s corporate culture and the international advanced corporate culture,The concentrated manifestation is that many enterprises in China have not implemented the corporate culture in their business practices,which makes it difficult to play its role,and thus greatly constrains and shackles the pace of enterprise operation and development,making it difficult for enterprises to achieve healthy and sustainable development.In view of this situation,enterprises need to focus on the construction and application of corporate culture if they want to achieve healthy and stable development.One of the most important branches of traditional Confucianism is Yangming Mind,which is the essence of our traditional culture.The content of Yangming’ s mind science is the management of " people’ s minds".Whether it is the practice of self-cultivation,family unity or governance,it needs to start from cultivating the mind.One of the most critical theories in the philosophy of enterprise management is Yangming Mind,which is also an indispensable part of enterprise culture management.This paper is mainly based on the three viewpoints of " conscience"," mind is reason",and " unity of knowledge and action" put forward by Yangming Mind,and under the guidance of relevant theories of corporate culture application,using interview method,literature research method and model construction method,selects H Hotel for research and analysis.First of all,after sorting out the basic views of Yangming Mind,discuss its application and significance in the field of enterprise management,provide theoretical guidance for the model construction,and then analyze the application of hotel enterprise culture from the dimensions of constituent elements,functions,contents,and influencing factors.Secondly,the research object selected in this paper is H Hotel.After a brief introduction of hotel development and cultural development process,The connotation and achievements of the corporate culture of H Hotel are sorted out,and then the interview is conducted with the person in charge of H Hotel as the interview object to analyze the problems and causes of the problems in the application of corporate culture of H Hotel.Finally,the application model of H hotel corporate culture is established from the perspective of Yangming Mind Theory,which provides a strong reference value for hotel construction and application of corporate culture. |
