| The study of consciousness is difficult,and challengeable as well for psychological researchers.So far,there is still no consensus about the legal status of the study of consciousness,it's methods,it's content and it's achievements,etc.Based on the present consciousness studies,this paper focuses on the application of consciousness.Combined with Wang Yangming Thought of the profound Confucianism----"My Heart View","Integrity of Knowledge and Action","Reaching Inner Knowledge",on the basis of psychology,using sociology,management and philosophy for reference, this paper studies how to construct healthy people's individual consciousness----the fundamental cultural self-knowledge consciousness, the middle human-oriented consciousness and higher inner knowledge consciousness,establishing in human's general characteristics.What's more,uniting the ice figure of corporate culture,using the statistical tool of Factor Analysis and Principal Components Analysis,this study also finds that there are six such common factors in the core-competition of corporate culture as family consciousness,economy consciousness, inner-knowledge consciousness,enterprising consciousness, precision-oriented consciousness and risk consciousness,which are also called corporate consciousness that a corporation must possess.These six common factors are the linking point between individual consciousness and corporate culture,and echo the components of individual consciousness:cultural self-knowledge consciousness which corresponds to family consciousness and economy consciousness;inner knowledge consciousness that corresponds to inner-knowledge consciousness and enterprising consciousness;and human-oriented consciousness which contains precision-oriented consciousness and risk consciousness and explains the urgent need of human-oriented management in most corporations.Therefore,the"consensual validation"between individual consciousness and corporate consciousness should be enlarged so as to benefit the mutual comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development,and further more,make the best use of individual potential.This paper can be divided into two parts.The first part mainly discusses the construction mechanism of individual consciousness.Firstly, we review the actuality of consciousness study,discussing the construction mechanism of individual consciousness in some certain social organizations.Secondly,from the view of human cognition, uniting Wang Yangming Thought and current humanism psychology, consciousness psychology and human resource management theory,we discuss in detail the construction of employees'cultural self-knowledge consciousness,human-oriented consciousness and inner knowledge consciousness.The application of individual consciousness to the building of corporate culture is discussed in the second part,which can be further divided into four parts.First,combined with the corporate enouncements of almost one hundred excellent corporations of various types,using statistic analysis,six common factors in the core-competition of corporate culture has been concluded through the analysis of the actuality of corporate culture building in modern China.Second,uniting the six common factors that a corporation must possess,and combining them with individual consciousness,the specific methods of building corporate culture on the basis of maximizing the"consensual validation"has been put forward.Third,integrating individual consciousness, corporate consciousness and excellent corporate culture actuality,the role of the six common factors has been discussed.At last,combining with Wang Yangming Thought,this paper discusses the implications and methods of individual consciousness construction in the corporate culture building. |
