| The 2020“CPC Central Committee and State Council opinions on comprehensively strengthening labor education in schools and colleges in the new era” sets out the basic concepts of labor education,including inheriting fine traditions,give play to the educational function of traditional labor.The 2017 opinions on the implementation of the project for the inheritance and development of Chinese fine traditional culture points out the need to integrate Chinese fine traditional culture into social practice education and other links,running through various fields such as Enlightenment education,one of the important contents of labor education is social practice.With the introduction of relevant national policies,the excellent traditional Chinese culture into the kindergarten labor education to provide a certain guide.The Chinese excellent traditional culture contains abundant labor education elements,so it is of great practical significance to integrate the Chinese excellent traditional culture into the kindergarten labor education.Based on a sample survey,this study analyzes the status quo and problems of the integration of Chinese traditional culture into labor education in kindergartens,it aims to provide beneficial reference and enlightenment for improving the status quo of the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into labor education in kindergartens.Based on the review of the existing literature,this study tries to develop a self-designed survey tool,which combines the opinions of experts,front-line kindergarten teachers and statistical analysis of SPSS data,form the “Outstanding Chinese traditional culture into the kindergarten labor education status quo questionnaire” formal questionnaire.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 603 kindergarten teachers from different types of kindergartens in g county of Ganzhou Province,select 9 kindergarten teachers,3 kindergarten directors and 6 children to conduct in-depth interviews.After on-the-spot observation,select 1 provincial-level model kindergarten to conduct case analysis,in order to understand the g county Chinese excellent traditional culture into the status quo of kindergarten labor education,and explore the optimization strategy.The survey found that the overall level of integration of Chinese traditional culture into kindergarten labor education in G county was above average,and teachers’ recognition of kindergarten labor education was higher in all dimensions,it is very important to integrate the Chinese traditional culture into the kindergarten labor education.The content of the kindergarten labor education is rich and colorful,but the traditional festival is the main content,which needs to be further developed The implementation of the integration of the Chinese traditional culture into the labor education in kindergartens is flexible and diverse,but oral education is the main way,however,there are differences in the guarantee conditions among kindergartens,the integration of Chinese traditional culture into the kindergarten labor education has achieved certain practical results,and the integration of Chinese traditional culture into the kindergarten labor education has achieved certain practical results,and young children have acquired a certain degree of labor literacy.In addition,there are differences in the level of the integration of different teachers and the excellent traditional Chinese culture into the kindergarten labor education.The main problems are as follows:(1)teachers do not have a clear understanding of the integration of Chinese traditional culture into kindergarten labor education;(2)the content of the integration of the Chinese traditional culture into the kindergarten labor education is not reasonable;(3)the practice of the integration of the Chinese traditional culture into the kindergarten labor education can not be fully implemented;(4)the guarantee and condition of integrating Chinese traditional culture into kindergarten labor education is weak;(5)the practical effect of integrating Chinese traditional culture into kindergarten labor education needs to be improved.It is found that social cultural atmosphere,national policy orientation,campus culture education and labor education awareness,kindergarten teachers’ quality are all important factors.In order to improve the present situation of the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the labor education in kindergartens,this study puts forward the following optimization strategies:(1)the state: strengthen the top-level design,provide multiple conditions to support;(2)the Kindergarten: strengthen the attention,improve the management mechanism of the park;(3)teachers: enhance their own quality,strengthen the awareness of learning and research.In addition,this research also selects the G County Area C kindergarten’s different grade,the different topic three activity cases to carry on the analysis and the summary,simultaneously carries on the further explanation to the partial countermeasure suggestion,in order to enrich and deepen the Chinese excellent traditional culture education and kindergarten labor education research,for other kindergartens to provide experience and theoretical reference. |
