Research On The Countermeasures For The High-quality Public Cultural Services In Taizhou City

China’s economy has entered the new-stage of development,where it is moving its economy from a phase of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.The high-quality development of the economy plays a vital role in China’s development strategies in the current stage.At the same time,as Chinese people have a better understanding of the cultural development,their demand to live a better life are increasingly higher with the growth of the economy.Under the guidance of the new-stage development and the goal of a leading culture nation,the central and local governments must improve the high-quality development of the public cultural services as they should do.In this process of construction,implement,improvement and modernization of the public cultural services system step by step,it is necessary for the high-quality development of the economy and society and essential for the goal of a leading culture nation that governments should enhance people’s sense of satisfaction and happiness,and build a higher-level,more-robust public cultural services system.The study researches the status quo of the public cultural services construction in Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province,by literature research,questionnaire research and field research.Combined with requirements of the high-quality development and common prosperity,the paper points out problems in Taizhou’s public cultural services such as the imbalanced development between urban and rural areas,the optimization of service content,the needs to improve service efficiency,and the obvious digital shortcomings,and then the reasons are analyzed on this basis.After compared pros and cons of the operating mode of the public cultural services in Taizhou to that at home and abroad,the research proposes four feasible suggestions,which are improvement of policy supply,optimization of cultural content,innovation of supply methods and advancement of intelligence,on how to develop public cultural services in a more balanced,high-quality,efficient,and intelligent direction.
