At present,it is indispensable to develop cultural industry and financial industry under the background of constructing a new development pattern in which the domestic great circulation is the main body and the international and domestic double circulation promote each other.The development of cultural industry is the foundation of financial development,and finance provides a solid impetus for cultural industry development.As for the Qingyang District of Chengdu,it has rich cultural deposits and strong financial strength,which creates positive conditions for the integrated development of regional culture and finance.But at the same time,in the process of cultural and financial integration,problems such as insufficient policy support,immature cooperation mechanism,unimpeded cooperation channels,and insufficient environmental optimization need to be further studied and solved.Therefore,based on the background of cultural and financial development in Qingyang District,it is of great significance to explore the current situation and problems of cultural and financial integration in Qingyang District,learn from the experience of cultural and financial integration at home and abroad,and propose further integrated development countermeasures.The study is conducive to promoting the development of cultural and financial integration in Qingyang District.Starting from the theory of industrial integration,new public management theory and collaborative governance theory,this paper systematically studies the data and cases of cultural and financial integration in Qingyang District.Based on the practice of cultural and financial integration in Qingyang District,this paper uses methods such as literature research,case analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,and based on the sorting of existing research,to explore the problems of cultural and financial integration in Qingyang District.At the same time,studying the experience of cultural and financial integration in the United States,Japan,Dongcheng District of Beijing and Shangcheng District of Hangzhou,the paper summarizes the success to cultural and financial integration in Qingyang District.Then,the paper carries out systematic research from five aspects,including policy support,cooperation mechanism,cooperation channels,and integration environment,to put forward development countermeasures for promoting cultural and financial integration in Qingyang District of Chengdu.And this also provides some reference for other regions to promote cultural and financial integration.
