The thriving and full-scale development of culture industry rely on relevant policies support of our country,which mainly consist of financial policies.Since the Outline of the Twelfth Five Year Plan come out,China has always been calling all the social communities to promote the coalesce of finance and culture industry,so the good of building a strong country throughout the development will come true.The essay summarizes the national financial policies which support the culture industry a lot over the past few years,through which we can have a clear mind of the connection point of their future development.Then we can have a conclusion of how to react on the basis of our national condition after analyzing the cases of other countries.This article is divided into four parts.
