The "14th Five-Year Plan" period is the historical intersection of "two centenary goals",It is an important inflection point in the development of the Chinese nation and a critical period for China’s economic transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development.The "14th Five-year Plan" period is also the key five years for the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to march toward the goal of the second centenary after the organizational reform.It will start a new journey of the integrated development of culture and tourism,which is of great practical and far-reaching historical significance for guiding the in-depth integration of culture and tourism and promoting the development of industrial economy.In 2020,Wencheng County was listed in the establishment and cultivation list of Zhejiang Province cultural and tourism industry integration pilot zone.Wencheng County attaches great importance to the establishment and actively responds to the general trend of cultural tourism industry integration development.In order to better promote the process of high-quality development of cultural tourism in Wencheng County,this paper takes the integrated development of cultural tourism industry in Wencheng County as the main research object,and explores the specific problems of the integration of the two major industries from multiple perspectives and multiple dimensions.so as to study the ways to improve the future tourism development of Wencheng County under the background of cultural and tourism integration.To this end,this paper collects and organizes the from 2014 to 2020 statistical yearbook of Wencheng County and the statistical bulletin of national economic and social development,extracts the relevant indicators of the cultural industry and tourism industry,deduces and analyzes quantitatively from a scientific point of view,determines the weight by using entropy method,calculates and analyzes it by substituting it into the coupling coordination degree model,and deduces the integration degree of cultural industry and tourism industry in Wencheng County.The conclusion shows that the integration and coordination between cultural industry and tourism industry in Wencheng County is gradually getting better.In order to realize the high-quality development of cultural industry and tourism industry in Wencheng County,and strengthen the deep integration of the two industries,Through the analysis of the current situation,necessity,condition and power of cultural tourism industry integration in Wencheng County,this paper makes a deep research on the development of cultural tourism industry integration in Wencheng County,and obtains the existing problems of cultural tourism integration in Wencheng County.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the integrated development of cultural and tourism industry in Wencheng County,that is,to deeply tap the cultural connotation of tourism resources,implement "IP led" brand integrated marketing,Build a "arrive quickly and travel slowly " cultural and tourism transportation network,improve the "5g sharing" cultural and tourism public service,and improve the government guarantee system for cultural and tourism development,aims to promote the cultural connotation of tourism products with the promotion of culture,enhance the cultural elements embedded in the tourist attractions with the promotion of tourism,and promote the integration and innovation of cultural tourism to promote the deep integration of new business forms,thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of the region.
