Social economy developed rapidly while the scale and volume of enterprises are growing fast,and the group enterprises have increasingly become the main body of social economy.Group enterprise internal member unit steady management is the precondition of the overall healthy development of the group and important guarantee,but frequent internal risk events constitute a great threat and obstacles,especially the credit risk in the group internal enterprise interaction infection form negative chain influence led to the group overall business dilemma phenomenon occurs.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the infectious consequences,ways and solutions of the internal credit risks of the group enterprises pertinently.The paper used two research methods: literature research method and case study method,research ideas and core content are as follows: first,comb and summarize the current academic circle about enterprise credit risk infection research results,clarify the group enterprise,credit risk and credit risk infection core concept meaning,and briefly expounds the basic theory of supporting the research in this paper.Secondly,the specific manifestations and economic consequences of the group,and analyzes the ways of the infection and the causes of improper prevention and control.Finally,based on the deficiencies and the existing prevention and control measures.This paper takes the group enterprise as the research object,adopts the case study method to deeply study the credit risk infection within the group enterprise,the core concept,ideas,analysis perspective,conclusions and relevant countermeasures and suggestions,which has certain reference significance for the theoretical research and practice of related fields.
