Research On Reasons Of Credit Absence In The Social Transformation Period And Countermeasures

At the present, our country has been experiencing a great transition. The transition referred to planned economy transforming into market-oriental economy. And economy system, society, culture and social mentality were suffered more challenge greatly than before. Then a series of society problem appeared accordingly. In this period, traditional credit culture confronted the crisis of "absence". The credit absence has become one of drawback in our economy life and other aspects. It is urgent thing to solve this problem and found a set of credit systemIn this article, it discussed credit meanings, classification, function and other relating problems. It also stated the phenomenon of discredit and its bad influence in economy and social lives. In addition, this paper analyzed the reasons of discredit such as society transition, philosophical and mental reasons, economical reasons and system reasons and so on. After introduced western credit system, a new credit country management system should be projected accordingly.
