The COVID-19 pandemic that swept the world in early 2020 has brought a huge impact on the field of international Chinese education,challenging the traditional face-to-face international Chinese teaching model between teachers and students:international Chinese learners and teachers need to communicate and interact across time and space,and the input and output feedback of Chinese teaching is insufficient.In this context,the online international Chinese teaching model makes use of modern educational technology and the rapid rise and development trend of the global Internet,and the online international Chinese teaching platform is also widely used.However,due to the immature online international Chinese teaching model,There are many practical problems such as uneven online Chinese teaching resources,difficulty in network response and connection,insufficient interaction between teachers and students,and difficulty in implementing various classroom activities of Chinese teaching.Learners also suffer from frequent online learning anxiety,online network psychological loneliness and strangeness.Virtual learning community for international Chinese learners refers to a community of teacher-student interaction and collaboration based on a network platform,which is not limited by time and space.Chinese learners share their learning experience with each other,improve their Chinese learning effect and ability,complete their individual Chinese knowledge construction,and ultimately form a positive circle of teacher-student interaction.It helps international Chinese learners gain a sense of belonging and academic achievement in online Chinese learning,and effectively cope with the challenges faced by international Chinese online learning.Virtual learning community satisfaction of international Chinese learners has an important impact on improving learners’participation in learning and Chinese learning results.However,by combing and summarizing relevant research literature on virtual learning communities for international Chinese learners,it is found that there are very few researches focusing on systematic specialization of virtual learning communities for international Chinese learners,and the researches on the satisfaction of virtual learning communities for international Chinese learners are even weaker.Therefore,this paper adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,takes international Chinese learners as the research subject,focuses on the virtual learning community satisfaction of international Chinese learners,and takes the technology acceptance model and the continuous use model of information system as the theoretical support.From three dimensions of functional operation,interactive emotion and utility value,this paper specifically explores the satisfaction of the virtual learning community of international Chinese learners,introduces three factor variables of technical self-efficacy,knowledge sharing attitude and learning goal orientation,and focuses on exploring which influencing factors and variables may have an impact on the satisfaction of the virtual learning community of international Chinese learners.At the same time,the relationship between the satisfaction of the virtual learning community of international Chinese learners and the willingness to continue to use the virtual learning community of international Chinese learners is studied,and on this basis,the satisfaction model of the virtual learning community of international Chinese learners is constructed,relevant hypotheses are proposed and verified and analyzed,and the overall status of the satisfaction of the virtual learning community of international Chinese learners and the relevant influencing factors are summarized.Finally,based on the research results and combined with the open questions set in the questionnaire,this paper puts forward some specific suggestions on the construction of virtual learning communities for international Chinese learners with high satisfaction,hoping to contribute to the construction of virtual learning communities for international Chinese learners and the development of international Chinese education in the future.In order to verify the research hypothesis,a questionnaire on the Use of virtual Learning Communities for International Chinese Learners was compiled based on previous studies.According to the questionnaire,154 international Chinese learners were surveyed about the use of virtual learning community.SPSS27.0 was used for statistical analysis,and 7 students with typical cases were selected for semi-structured in-depth interview as qualitative supplement.Conclusions were drawn as follows:1.From the perspective of overall satisfaction,the overall satisfaction of international Chinese learners in the virtual learning community is relatively high,and in the three dimensions,the satisfaction of international Chinese learners in the functional operation,interactive emotion and utility value of the virtual learning community is roughly equal.2.From the difference of the satisfaction of the virtual learning community of international Chinese learners,the satisfaction of the virtual learning community of international Chin ese learners has significant differences in different learning duration and different Chinese level,but has no significant differences in different genders and different ages.There are also differences in the satisfaction of virtual learning communities of different types of international Chinese learners.At present,Pad let is the most ideal virtual learning community for international Chinese learners.Learners have the highest overall satisfaction with Padlet and the average satisfaction of its three dimensions,while the virtual learning community platform that can only provide live online Chinese course teaching,not strong teacher-student interaction,and short retention time of Chinese learning resources has a low satisfaction.3.In terms of the factors affecting the satisfaction of the virtual learning community of international Chinese learners,knowledge sharing attitude,learning goal orientation and technology self-efficacy all have an impact on the overall satisfaction of the virtual learning community of international Chinese learners.Knowledge sharing attitude has the most significant impact,followed by learning goal orientation and technology self-efficacy.In terms of the factors affecting the satisfaction of international Chinese learners’ virtual learning community functional operation,the most influential factor is learners’ learning goal orientation,followed by technical self-efficacy,and the least influential factor is knowledge sharing attitude.In terms of influencing factors of interactive emotion satisfaction and utility value satisfaction in virtual learning community,technical self-efficacy has no significant influence on these two dimensions of satisfaction,while knowledge sharing attitude and learning goal orientation have significant influence on interactive emotion and utility value satisfaction in virtual learning community.4.There is a significant positive correlation between the satisfaction of international Chinese learners and their intention to continue using,and the overall satisfaction of the virtual learning community of international Chinese learners and the dimensions specifically included have a significant impact on the intention to continue using.The overall satisfaction of the virtual learning community of international Chinese learners has a significant mediating effect between knowledge sharing attitude and continuous use intention.Based on the empirical research conclusions and relevant suggestions from the open questions set in the questionnaire,we put forward targeted suggestions from three aspects:building specialized virtual Chinese learning community,enhancing teacher-student interaction,student-student interaction,and increasing teacher support in virtual Chinese learning community.In order to improve the satisfaction of international Chinese learners in virtual learning community,It provides some useful references for improving the learning effect of online international Chinese learners.improving the quality of online teaching and constructing a good and effective virtual Chinese learning community in the future.
