| With the concept of mobile learning,lifelong learning and fragmented learning deeply rooted in the people’s mind,the Internet technology is mature,and learning software emerges as the times require,which incarnates the knowledge communication carrier between learners and learning content.So many software development companies take advantage of the trend of the times to catch up with the train of "intelligence + education" and develop English learning software with different characteristics.Among them,the popular and innovative oral English learning software is English fluency,so this paper puts forward a lot of thinking and questions for the software,such as: can the user use mobile resources continuously,or whether the user is in a new dilemma when using learning resources,these questions become the research purpose of this paper,and have a significant impact on the exploration of influencing factors and factors The author has invested a lot in data statistics and analysis,and also enriched the academic field of the influencing factors of the will to continue to use learning software,which is in short supply.In the final research conclusion,this paper analyzes the data collected from the questionnaire,and finally obtains the factors that affect the user’s willingness to continue to use,which are: software characteristics(interactivity,AI teachers,course quality),user characteristics(learning motivation,self-esteem,self-efficacy),perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and attitude.Based on the above factors,this paper puts forward three implementation suggestions for the development and design of learning software: enhancing user experience,screening high-quality learning content and methods,creating context and enriching interaction,and provides suggestions for users to improve their self-efficacy level,self-esteem and learning motivation.The first two chapters of this study mainly introduce the current situation of learning software development,service characteristics,and technology acceptance model theory,which provides the theoretical basis for the construction of user’s willingness to continue to use model in this study.The third chapter is to establish the model hypothesis and design the questionnaire according to the hypothesis.This paper takes TAM model,system characteristics and user characteristics as external variables,in which system characteristics are summarized according to the literature,with interactivity,curriculum quality and AI teachers as the influencing factors of system characteristics,and user characteristics are combed and selected according to the literature for learning motivation,self-esteem and self-efficacy As the influencing factors,the basic hypothesis of TAM model is put forward.The perception ease of use,perception usefulness,attitude and intention of continuous use in TAM model are based on the existing research to establish the hypothesis,build the initial model of learning software users’ intention of continuous use,and set up the questionnaire according to the above influencing factors.The fourth chapter introduces the research object,tools and methods.According to the collected questionnaire data,data analysis is carried out,including descriptive statistical analysis,to understand the age,education and other basic information of learning users.Finally,data test is carried out on the formal questionnaire scale,including reliability analysis and post test.Users are classified by the total time of using the software Compared with the differences of the influencing factors of various users on the software,then use correlation analysis to analyze whether there is a correlation between the influencing factors and the user’s willingness to continue to use the software.The results show that there are two significant positive correlation between the factors.All of the above analyses are carried out in SPSS.Next,we use Mplus to conduct confirmatory factor analysis.Finally,we conduct path analysis,and obtain path coefficient and R-square of perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,attitude and willingness to continue to use to explain the variation.The fifth chapter draws the main conclusion of this paper,validates the hypothesis,and puts forward suggestions for the implementation of learning software in the future development,at the same time,it also provides suggestions for users. |
