Investigation On The Employment Intention Of Korean Students In Shannxi And Analysis Of Influencing Factors

The improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength leads it to the center of the world stage with a new identity.Since the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1992,the good relationship between the two countries has made remarkable achievements in various fields.Cooperation between China and Korea will deepen both in trade and cultural exchanges.Thus the growth of the number of students studying in China has become the focus of the world.According to the statistics of the Ministry of Education on the number of students studying in China,the number of Korean students is the largest.Although the number of Korean students studying in China has decreased in recent years,it still ranks the top.This makes some countries realize the role of international talents in national development.Therefore,the experience and graduation intention of Korean students in China are worth studying.In recent years,Shaanxi has continually introduced high-quality educational resources and made positive progress in the brand construction of “studying abroad”in Shaanxi.This article studies the employment intention of Korean students in Shaanxi and deeply explores the students’ choices of employment,based on which this paper further analyzes the factors and significance affecting the employment trends of international students.Hoping that by exploring the employment intention of Korean students in Shaanxi,this paper can provide insights on the employment issues of studying in Shaanxi and Korea.In this paper,five colleges and universities in Xi’an,Shaanxi Province,are used as survey respondents to compile relevant questionnaires,and according to the results of the questionnaire survey,Korean students are selected for interviews.On the basis of the theories such as “hierarchical demand theory”,“talent training model” and“motivation for studying abroad”,the different types of employment intentions of academic and non-academic students are explored.The spss24 statistical software was then used to collate and quantitatively analyze the data to further investigate the employment expectations of Korean international students.Through the investigation and analysis of the employment intention of Korean students,We can find out their current difficulties in employment and give them reasonable advice in time.First,from the macro aspect,as the cultural communication ambassadors,Korean students think highly of their experience,because of which this is a topic worth studying.Second,in terms of universities and higher education,schools can change their teaching methods and contents according to the employment intention of different Korean students,teaching the course contents that are more relevant to their future work,and thus create a good learning environment for them.At the same time,it also promotes the quality development and internationalization of China’s higher education.Third,from the micro aspect,this paper can enable South Korean students to enhance their thinking on their employment choices,plan their future in advance,and provide reference to for students from other countries.
