| As China’s comprehensive national strength continuously enhances,the increasingly prominent influence of Chinese in the world is shown,and the rising enthusiasm of people in various countries to learn Chinese is also presented,including both adults and teenagers,and showing a younger trend of learning Chinese.In this trend,to satisfy the demands of young learners to learn Chinese,the international Chinese textbooks specifically designed for young people around the world also increase,in which the compiling by both local teachers and Chinese experts is included.In this thesis,the relevant research results and current status are referred to,the two highly praised Chinese textbooks compiled by Chinese experts are chosen as the research objects,such as Easy Steps to Chinese(Youth Edition)and Happy Chinese(Second Edition).The methods such as data statistics and integration are used to carry out the holistic and partial comparative analysis of the two textbooks for teenagers,the highlights and places for improvement of the two textbooks are explored,and the relevant suggestions are provided for compiling international Chinese textbooks for teenagers.This paper consists of five chapters.In the first chapter,it is the introduction part,in which the research background and significance of this research are mainly clarified,the research objects and methods are introduced in detail,the relevant literature involved is combed and integrated.In the second chapter,the compiling principles and styles of the two international Chinese textbooks are compared and analyzed from a holistic perspective.As for the compilation principles of the two textbooks,this paper compares the pertinence,interest and science of the international Chinese textbooks.As for the style,this paper chooses the overall structure style and the unit frame for comparison.In the third chapter,the compiling situation of the text in the two textbooks is compared,the genre,topic,and practicality of the text are analyzed in detail.In the fourth chapter,the compiling situation of the three language elements of pronunciation,vocabulary,and grammar in the two textbooks is compared and analyzed by starting from a micro perspective.The first part is the phonetic part,which discusses the phonetic arrangement of the two textbooks.The second part is the vocabulary part,which compares the two textbooks from the arrangement form of words,the number of new words in words and the grade of words.The last part is grammar,which is analyzed from the arrangement and quantity of grammar.In the fifth chapter,the analysis of the previous four chapters is combined to summarize the highlights and places to be improved of the two textbooks,and the relevant suggestions are provided for the compiling of international Chinese textbooks for teenagers.The suggestions put forward in this paper mainly consist of four aspects: the suggestions on picture design,the suggestions on the design of Chinese cultural elements,and the suggestions on the arrangement of texts and language elements. |
