In 2020,the online consumption report released by the Jingdong Big Data Research Institute pointed out that sleeping problems showed younger trend.The sleep quality of "post-90s" is worse than that of middle-aged and elderly people.Work stress is the main reason.According to Demand-Resource model,work stress will produce when job demands is not balance with job resources.However,job-crafting based on the work Demand-Resource model can help employees obtain work resources through proactive crafting behaviors,change job demands to achieve a balance between job resources and demands,as well as achieve work stress favorable response eventually.This paper tries to develop a course which aims at reducing"Post-90s" work stress perception by referring to the foreign job crafting intervention programs to reduce the work stress of "post-90s" employees,and provides some inspirations and practical methods.Before the intervention started,this study used the Challenge-Hindering Work Stressor Scale compiled by Cavanaugh et al.(2000),the Job Crafting Scale compiled by Tims et al.(2011 and 2012),and The Stress Perception Scale compiled by Cohen S,Kamarck T,Mermelstein R in 1983 to launch a survey with 367 "post-90s" employees.In the experiment,40 subjects with a moderately high level of work stress perception were selected from 367 subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group(20 people)and a control group(20 people)which oriented to work stress management Intervention.Due to the loss of subjects,the experiment finally obtained 16 subjects in the experimental group and 18 subjects in the control group.Participants in the experimental group were given a 45-minute online training.Before the training,the"Job Crafting Manual" was issued.The participants were required to submit a personal job crafting plan and carry out the plan in the next four weeks after training.The control group did not have any intervention.After the experiment,a post-test of job crafting and job stress perception will be carried out.Through data analysis,the following results are finally obtained:(1)After the intervention,the experimental group’s job crafting increased,and the work stress perception decreased,and there were significant differences.(2)There is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the pre-test of job crafting and work stress perception,but there are significant differences in the post-test.Combining the questionnaire data,the manual submitted by the participants,and the results of follow-up interviews,this study explored the impact of job crafting on the work stress perception and the effectiveness of job crafting intervention programs.The results of the intervention study proved that the job craftingg intervention oriented to coping with work stress can improve the job craftingg level of "post-90s"employees and reduce their perception of work stress.
