Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Liver-depression And Blood-stasis Pattern Baldness By Combining Fire-acupuncture Therapy With Toning Wood And Blood Stasis Decoction

Objective: In this study,we observed the skin lesion scores,dermoscopy scores,TCM syndrome scores,quality of life scores and adverse reactions of Tiaomu tongyu decoction combined with fire acupuncture therapy in treating patients with liver-stagnation and blood-stasis alopecia areata.To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of fire needle combined with Tiaomu Tongyu Decoction in the treatment of this syndrome alopecia areata.Methods: A total of 66 patients with alopecia areata who were treated in the outpatient clinic of the Department of Dermatology of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to October2022 were randomly divided into two groups,each group was divided into33 cases,the control group was treated with oral treatment,the treatment group was given fire acupuncture therapy on the basis of Zhuomu Tongyu decoction,and the hair loss area severity assessment(SALT)score,hair in the lesion area(including hair regrowth,Hair thinning,thickness,hair pull test in skin lesion area),TCM syndrome score,dermoscopic characteristics(black spot sign,yellow dot sign,exclamation mark,hair density at the end of hair break),quality of life score and efficacy score,SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for data analysis and efficacy evaluation,observing whether the subjects had discomfort during the treatment process and analyzing their safety.Results:1.Comparison of skin lesion scores: The skin lesion scores were compared before and after treatment in the two groups,and the scores decreased significantly compared with the previous group(P<0.05),and the difference between the groups after treatment was significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: the scores of TCM symptoms were significantly different between the groups(P<0.05),indicating that the symptoms improved significantly after treatment.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).3.Dermoscopic observation and comparison: the microscopic features were compared before and after treatment in the two groups,and the microscopic manifestations,including black spot sign,hair breakage,and exclamation point,were all(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant;In addition,the comparison of dermoscopic performance(P<0.05)between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant.Regarding the density of final gross number,there were significant differences in the scores of the indicators before and after drug treatment in each group(P<0.05).Final hair density comparison between the two groups(P<0.05)showed significant differences.4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.60%,the control group was 70%,and the clinical efficacy comparison between the two groups(P<0.05)was statistically significant.5.Quality of life score comparison: the quality of life scores(P<0.05)were compared between the groups before and after medication,and the difference was statistically significant;the quality of life analysis(P<0.05)between the two groups after medication was statistically significant.6.Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions: the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 6.45%,and the control group was 3.32%(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.Fire acupuncture combined with Tongyu Frying can improve the Hair Loss Area Severity Assessment(SALT)score,hair condition in the lesion areata,TCM syndrome score,dermoscopic efficacy and quality of life in patients with hepatic depression and blood stasis alopecia areata,and the treatment effect is significantly better than that of the oral Tongyu Frying Group.2.Fire acupuncture combined with Jiaomu Tong decoction for the treatment of hepatic depression and blood stasis alopecia areata is a safe and effective treatment plan.
