Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Alopecia Areata With Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney By Buyi Gufa Decoction Combined With Fire Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Buyi Gufa decoction combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of alopecia areata with liver and kidney deficiency,as well as the effect on the levels of interleukin-17 and interleukin-22.Methods: 120 Patients with alopecia areata who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into three groups:treatment group1,treatment group 2 and contro group.In the treatment group 1,37 cases were taken orally Buyi Gufa decoction combined with fire needle treatment;In the treatment group 2,38 patients were taken orally Yangxue Shengfa capsules combined with fire acupuncture treatment;In the control group,37 cases were treated with orally Yangxue Shengfa capsules alone.A total of eight cases were shed during the study.The observing efficacy time of the three groups was 90 days,once 30 days.At 0 day,30±2 days,60±2 days,90±2days,according to the score standard of the patient's skin lesions and the score standard of TCM symptoms,the patients scored,and then the clinical treatment effect of each group was measured by the score of these two aspects.In addition,venous blood was conducted on the 0 day and the 90±2 days of treatment in the three groups,and changes the expression levels of IL-17 and IL-22 in peripheral blood were recorded before and after treatment,so as to compare improvement.Results:1.At the end of treatment,the skin damage integrals and TCM syndrome integrals of the three groups were significantly improved.The improvement degree of the treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were better than that of the control group.And the treatment group 1 was better than the treatment group 2(P< 0.05).2.At the end of treatment,in treatment group 1 total effective rate was86.49%,in treatment group 2 total effective rate was 73.68%,in control group total effective rate was 59.46%.There were differences between the threegroups,the effect of the treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were better than the control group,the treatment group 1 was superior to the treatment group 2(P< 0.05).3.At the end of treatment,the expression level of IL-17 and IL-22 in the serum of all the three groups decreased significantly.By comparison between groups,the degree of decline of the treatment group 1 was higher than that of the control group,and there was no significant difference between the treatment group 2 and the control group(P> 0.05).The degree of decline of the treatment group 1 was higher than that of the treatment group 2(P <0.05).Conclusions:1.Buyi Gufa decoction combined with fire needle therapy can effectively improve the skin lesion integrals,TCM syndrome integrals and regulate the expression level of IL-17 and IL-22 levels in patients with alopecia areata of liver-kidney deficiency type.2.Buyi Gufa decoction combined with fire needle is a safe and effective treatment method to treatment liver and kidney deficiency type alopecia areata.
