| Purpose: This study aims to construct a set of scientific,reasonable and operable multiple evaluation system for the labor literacy of undergraduates majoring in Chinese medicine,and provide theoretical basis for the evaluation of the labor literacy of undergraduates majoring in Chinese medicine.At the same time,according to the test results of a Jiangxi university of Chinese medicine undergraduate labor literacy,put forward the countermeasures to further improve the Chinese medicine undergraduate labor literacy,for the reference of other colleges.Methods: Literature research method,investigation method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics method were used in this study.First of all,this study consulted and analyzed China’s current labor education policy documents and related literature on labor education and labor literacy through the government website,CNKI,Baidu Academic,VIP,etc.,and conducted investigation and research in several traditional Chinese medicine colleges.The first level evaluation index,second level evaluation index,third level evaluation index and main observation points of the multiple evaluation system of labor literacy of undergraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine were preliminatively constructed.Secondly,using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,this paper revised the multiple evaluation index system of labor literacy of undergraduate students of Chinese medicine majors,analyzed the first-level evaluation index,second-level evaluation index,third-level evaluation index and the weight coefficient of the main observation points of the multi-evaluation system of labor literacy of undergraduate students of Chinese medicine majors,as well as the evaluation weight ratio of self-evaluation,mutual evaluation and other evaluation.Thus,the construction of multiple evaluation system of labor literacy of undergraduate students of Chinese medicine was completed.Finally,the labor literacy of graduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine in a university in Jiangxi was evaluated,and the evaluation results were analyzed by SPSS software.Results:(1)A multiple evaluation system for the labor literacy of Chinese medicine undergraduates has been established,which includes five first-level evaluation indexes,such as labor concept,labor spirit,labor habit and quality,labor knowledge and labor skills,and 16second-level evaluation indexes,such as labor value,diligence and frugality,labor initiative,life and labor knowledge and basic labor skills.There were 40 three-level evaluation indexes and 70 main observation points,including labor values,advocating economy,labor plan,housekeeping knowledge and living labor skills.(2)SPSS25.0 was used to analyze the test evaluation results of this study,and its overall reliability was 0.980,with significance of 0.01,indicating that the multi-component evaluation system of labor literacy of undergraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine constructed in this study is highly scientific.Conclusion: The evaluation results of this study show that the construction of multiple evaluation system of Chinese medicine undergraduate labor literacy is more scientific and reasonable.At the same time,the present situation and deficiencies of the labor literacy of the undergraduate students majoring in Chinese medicine in a university in Jiangxi Province were found.This study believes that we should create a good atmosphere of labor education,optimize the curriculum system of labor education for undergraduates of Chinese medicine major,strengthen the construction of practical system of labor education for undergraduates of Chinese medicine major,build a solid labor education security system and strengthen the construction of labor literacy system for undergraduates of Chinese medicine major,and so on to further improve the labor literacy of undergraduates of Chinese medicine major. |
