In the College of pharmacy is the 20 th anniversary of the founding of the occasion, to fully reflect the pharmacy at the provincial level, national level characteristic professional construction achievements, the quality of the graduates tracking survey is imperative under the situation.Objective: For deeper understanding and listen carefully to what employers and graduates of pharmacy education teaching objective evaluation, the opinion and the suggestion, to further promote the pharmacy students employment guidance and service work, for schools to strengthen and perfect the reform of education and teaching, to provide reference data.Result:1.Employers of graduates in the top three are: students with high comprehensive quality, with a good team spirit, with a good professional ethics, the rank and inspection, different units for graduates of the evaluation of no statistical difference(P>0.05), no difference in the overall quality of students.2.
