Objectives:To explore the main components of education quality for international students in China majoring in Bachelor of Medicine&Bachelor of Surgery(abbreviated as MBBS),and basic principles and main basis for the construction of an evaluation index system;To establish a scientific and feasible evaluation index system for MBBS students,with the expectation of proving reference for evaluating education quality of MBBS students.Methods:This study discussed the main components of education quality of MBBS students and basic principles and major basis for the establishment of index system by literature research.After expert interview,an index system of MBBS students for education quality evaluation was established.We invited related medical professionals to conduct two rounds of consultation,rating each indicator on judgment basis,familiarity,importance and rationality and providing some suggestions.We used EpiData3.1,SPSS20 and EXCEL2010 to calculate and analyze data after each round of consultation,as well as the expert response rate,authority coefficient,consensus and opinion concentration degree.And then we screened indicators.We applied expert scoring method and multiplication method proposed by Saaty to determine the weights of primary and secondary indicators.Results:A total of 18 experts participated in and completed two-round consultation;Expert response rate was 90%(18/20)and 100%(18/18)respectively in two rounds,and expert authority coefficient was 0.90 and0.91;professionals'consensus of the primary indicators was0.338(?~2=73.022),0.244(?~2=52.717)in each round with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Full score ratio on secondary indexes'importance score was used to analyze experts'opinion concentration degree,and 68%and 85%secondary indicators'full score ratios were higher than 0.70 in two rounds respectively;An assessment index system was finally formed after two rounds experts consultation according to critical values on the secondary indicators and experts'advice,including 2dimensions,13 primary indicators and 57 secondary indicators;The reliability and validity of the index system were respectively analyzed by Cronbach's?coefficient and S-CVI/Ave value,which were 0.95 and 0.98respectively.In this study,all index weights were determined by experts scoring method and multiplication method proposed by Saaty.Conclusion:The evaluation index system of education quality for MBBS students is established,covering 2 dimensions,13 primary indicators and 57 secondary indicators;Both experts response rate and authority coefficient are higher than 0.70,indicating great experts'participation and authority,and showing consultation results trustworthy;Although the expert opinion coordination coefficient in the second round is slightly less than that in the first round,the difference is still statistically significant,showing that expert's opinions reach consensus;The number of indicators whose full score ratio on importance score are higher than 0.70in the second round exceeds that in the first round,indicating that expert's opinions are relatively concentrated;Both Cronbach's?coefficient and S-CVI/Ave value on the index system are higher than 0.90,showing that the index system has good internal consistency and content validity,with certain scientificity and reliability.
