A Study On The Operation Optimization Of Wechat Public Account Of H City Maternal And Child Health Hospital

In recent years,Internet information technology has developed rapidly,and new media communication methods have been constantly introduced,from portal websites,micro-blogs,to the current short video and Douyin.Especially wechat public number,with its own unique advantages,more and more favored by various medical institutions.Maternal and Child Health Hospital have gradually recognized the new opportunities brought by Wechat public platform,have opened wechat public accounts,to provide users with convenient services.However,the rapid development of the economy and society and the complex changes of the doctor-patient relationship have led to the limitations of the traditional single subject of the new media operation department of the maternal and child health hospital to govern the wechat public number.Under the current situation,Maternal and Child Health Hospital urgently need collaborative governance from multiple subjects such as We Chat operation departments,medical staff,patients and news media.The paper,guided by the theory of collaborative governance,using methods of literary analysis and questionnaire surveys,taking the We Chat public account of H City Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital as an example,study and sort out the operation status of Wechat public account of H City Maternal and Child Health Hospital.Secondly,problems such as limited information disclosure and communication ability,lack of service efficiency and delayed response and feedback were analyzed in the operation process of Wechat public account of H City Maternal and Child Health Hospital.The reasons for the above problems are:unbalanced collaborative capacity of multiple subjects,unreasonable resource allocation of collaborative governance organizations,and immature institutional environment of collaborative governance.Based on this,the author believes that to optimize the operation of the wechat public account of H City Maternal and Child Health Hospital,it can be optimized from three dimensions: main body,organization and system:First,the main body: stimulate participation willingness,clear role positioning.Trust each other and establish common goals.Internal coordination to strengthen information disclosure.Strengthen originality and improve the quality of information.Personnel training,strengthen the team construction.Adapt to changes and play the role of video dissemination.Second,organization:provide participation channels and allocate resources reasonably.Two-way communication to promote interactive communication;Various forms,online and offline linkage;Integrate resources and construct network matrix.Increase investment and expand service functions.Third,system:establish a sound system to ensure synergistic effect.Speeding up legislation and perfecting the legal system.Long-term management,improve the operation mechanism.It is hoped that through reform and innovation,the wechat public account of H City Maternal and Child Health Hospital can truly become a new media service platform for sharing information and participating in hospital co-governance.
