With the deep application of mobile information technology in the medical field, mobile medical services emerge at the right moment, which provides the possibility to alleviate the asymmetry of medical information and the low efficiency of health management, and to solve the practical problems of short supply and unequal distribution of medical service resources. However,at present, mobile medical apps generally have some usability problems, such as blind accumulation of a large number of functions, interface design not considering the user’s perceptual processing law, interface information content and user experience and knowledge mismatch, which cause heavy cognitive load and learning burden to users.Intuitive interaction can effectively stimulate the user’s innate perceptual processing ability and subconscious experience, and help the user to complete the task easily, efficiently and without thinking. Therefore, this paper takes the intuitive interaction theory as the guiding theory for the usability design of mobile medical APP,and solves the usability problem from two aspects of perception processing and experience processing,so as to comprehensively improve the usability of mobile medical APP.This paper points out the research direction of innate knowledge dimension in intuitive interaction and discusses the value of experience and innate knowledge in intuitive interaction respectively. In order to verify the impact of intuitive interaction on the availability of mobile medical apps,as well as the effects of innate knowledge and experience on intuitive interaction, two empirical studies were conducted to prove this. The empirical study took the APP of Doctor Chunyu as the product object and recruited students to perform task operation. In demonstration 1,the subjects were divided into two groups to operate the original product and the iterative product(the product redesigned according to the principle of intuitive interaction)respectively,to discuss the promoting effect of innate knowledge on intuitive interaction, and to judge whether intuitive interaction based on innate knowledge can improve the availability of mobile medical APP.In demonstration 2,the subjects were divided into four groups(inexperienced group, low experience group, medium experience group and high experience group)according to their experience familiarity to operate the iterated version of the product respectively,so as to explore the relationship between experience and innate knowledge, and whether intuitive interaction under the combined effect of experience and innate knowledge can improve the availability of mobile medical APP.The experimental results were evaluated by subjective scale, objective behavioral performance and physiological indicators such as eye movement, heart rate and electroderma.Empirical results: Intuitive interaction can significantly improve the availability of mobile medical APP,and innate knowledge can promote intuitive interaction. The intuitive interaction effect under the combined action of experience and innate knowledge is better, which can improve the availability of mobile medical APP.Based on the above empirical conclusions, this paper proposes a specific intuitive interaction design method for mobile medical APP from the aspects of experience and innate knowledge, and extracts a usability design strategy for mobile medical APP based on intuitive interaction. Finally, the above research results are applied to the mobile medical APP design practice, providing experimental evidence for expanding the new perspective of intuitive interaction theory, and providing application reference and theoretical guidance for the usability design of domestic mobile medical apps.
